Honey + Garlic Health Studio

Came in for a massage last minute and wash very happy with the outcome. The interior looks like someone’s home in a cozy relaxing way. There’s so many plants in the waiting area.
I had my massage with Malcom, who is still masking. Malcom allowed me to stay silent pretty much the entire massage without it being awkward and that is hard to find! He made me extremely comfortable throughout the massage and I am happy to have found a great massage therapist!

This is a review for Ashley Jestin, a talented and caring physiotherapist who I’ve been seeing for some time now. Ashley helped me in my post-operation knee recovery and I am very grateful for all the work. There is a noticeable improvement in short time, I can get back to many activities like biking and hiking now and got an excellent range of motion back. I highly recommend Ashley and Honey+Garlic studio.

Eva is the most thorough acupuncturist I have ever been to. She makes me feel calm and safe around acupuncture. I definitely see the results in my skin and overall wellbeing.

She looks at all aspects of my health, including diet, monthly cycle and lifestyle habits to make effective recommendations. I feel well taken care of with Eva.

Jessi is great at what she does! She's attentive and caring. I feel so relaxed after each session. The studio is nice and clean, feels very cozy.

I booked a RMT session after reading all the therapists’ biography on their website. Next day they called me and said “Unfortunately the RMT you booked only takes existing patients only, since you are new to our clinic, your appointment has to moved to other therapist. ” What a weird system they have. Are they trying to drag new patients from popular therapist to non popular ones to make a profit or something? Idk, it’s just weird.
Their booking website should say so if any of the therapists don’t take new clients instead of wasting customer’s time.

Ashley is an absolutely amazing physiotherapist. Kind, knowledgeable, realistic about what can be achieved and just a lovely human.

Everyone else I’ve interacted with at the clinic has been great as well. It’s a super nice neighbourhood clinic for all your extended health needs.

Kat is a fabulous RMT. Very friendly and thorough. She gave some excellent, functional recommendations to help long term with my upper body pain as well. Would highly recommend Kat!

I've been coming to honey and garlic for a couple of months for treatment! I have to say it's always the highlight of my day to be able to be treated by such diligent, caring, educated and kind therapists. I have seen Corinne and Jadey for RMT and Eva for acupuncture. All excellent and thorough! Alexa the chiropractor is amazing at her job also! Today I saw the new physiotherapist Ashley, who was able to both educate while treat my issues whilst being reassuring that it can be helped. Every single person working at this studio is professional and well educated! Could not recommend any therapist here any more than I already do!:)

I have only been to this studio once, but from my experience all of the staff were extremely welcoming. As I entered I was met by the receptionist and the owner of the studio who were both so lovely. The treatment rooms are clean and spacious with a very relaxing atmosphere.

I've received one of the best customer service at a health care clinic by Front desk staff, Vicky! I came here for an ICBC claim and She went above and beyond explaining the whole procedure in detail & even wrote down the prices on a form next to the prices ICBC will cover and how much the clinic charges. She was also very friendly and engaging in conversation)

Don't go here. The owner doesn't listen to you. Vicky the receptionist also makes up things and says things that are not true to cover her own mistakes. She doesn't listen and is not customer service facing. There are other better clinics that will listen to you. The attitude is horrible. Even before you go for an appointment, VIcky is not very nice and the owner doesn't listen to customer feedback to train staff. A company that doesn't listen or even want to listen to customer feedback is not one that you want to give your money to. Very very poor experience and find a clinic that will actually listen to you as there are so many in the city, this is not one that you want to deal with if you want less stress in your life as they don't care about the paying customer.

I've been coming to H+G for just over 5 years now. They have supported me through athletic therapy as well as ICBC related treatments. I can not say enough about Alexa and Stephanie <3 they are amazing practitioners!

Great RMTs, always excellent service in a welcoming studio! Can highly recommend them for both massages and physio.

Alexa (Chiro) & Eva (Acupuncture) specifically have both been fantastic and have really helped Aid my journey to recovery following an ICBC claim. Once my services end with my claim, I'll be sure to keep seeing them both - they are that good! Whether you're looking for somewhere to go for insurance purposes or paying out of pocket, honey and garlic is highly recommended!

My partner and I both went here each for a massage with Jessica H. She was so kind, and knowledgeable. She made us feel safe and comfortable. The clinic itself was lovely and their direct insurance billing that saved us some upfront costs was a score!

Lovely staff and great service. They offer a multitude of services and a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a massage or physio services.
