Poor management. I registered and paid for the 2 hr class.
A week before class started we get an invoice for the 4hr class rate.
Staff and management then notified us 2hr class no longer offered.
Management said it will be honored for the first month. And to let them know our decision.
So we looked for another school. Found one about 3 weeks later.
So we notified the school of our decision to withdraw vs going with 4hr class.
Now they want 30 day notice.
Much of this was verbal and there was a chance of misunderstanding on both parties the message was unclear as to deadlines.the worst part is management goes tell me whi said that and we can waive the 30 day notice.at this point they are asking I don't believe you so pay up.

They have allowed the withdraw without penalty. I have updated my review

It’s a very nice day care. Very clean and organized for the kids to have fun learn and play!

I am so glad to have Ms. Jadan as my son's preschool teacher at HoneyTree. She is very enthusiastic with teaching preschool kids and she is very caring. Every morning she greets each kid with a big smile, and immediately, you know your kid will have a great time there. My son loves all the activities at preschool with Ms. Jadan. Each time he comes home, he is very excited to show us what he made at school.
