Wanted to support a local business. Called about a flea treatment for my puppy and said "I know PetSmart has it but I just wanted to know if you guys carry this specific brand so I may buy it there" and was answered with "well I guess you better call PetSmart" followed by a hang up. Thanks man you're a real winner!

Went into store for the first time today. Smell of urine is overwhelming when you go thru the door. My dog was sneezing. Brand of dog food I wanted was stored in many diffrent locations in the store. When paying for my second choice I saw my first choice, asked the man to change it so I could get the actual one I wanted and he rolled his eyes at me. He was not pleasant thru the the rest of the transaction. 100% would not shop here again.
