Hope Sushi

Everything was lower than average.
I really wanted sushi for late lunch while we were traveling, this was the only sushi restaurant that was open for 3 pm on weekdays, the other two were higher reviews… should’ve referred the rate.
As others said sticky tables, soy sauce containers seem not cleaned often.it was not busy at all… they don’t come check on how the foods are. Food quality was …. Can’t even compare any in Metro Vancouver.

The California roll I got tasted fishy and the teriyaki chicken I got Was mostly fat. I don't feel well today either which I credit to the food here. I wouldn't recommend

Hope Sushi has very good food. Always fresh and yummy. I think all the tourist bus go there for the same reason I do. Quslity food at a fair price. Thank you for your kind and friendly service!

The old lees chicken franchise, but they cook to order so its perfectly amazing! Best you have had, i find free peices often.they are the absolute best, very friendly staff.yam rolls are good too, but i cant say i tried anything else.

Ordered take out on the way through Hope. The beef terriyaki roll was so dry I poked the beef out and just ate the rice. The yam tempura roll was still crunchy and we had also ordered an avocado and cucumber roll. They forgot the cucumber and the avo was still hard. The only thing that "wasn't bad" was my husband's chicken terriyaki roll, but he said he wouldn't get it again. Too bad, we were excited to try somewhere different on our pass through town.

First time and last sadly we were excited to try this place out as we have a usual place we go to but thought hey let giver a try 1: staff were amazing very polite and curious 2: food 2.1 California roll had a off fishy taste 2.2 beef teriyaki roll was loose and just fell apart and beef had very off putting taste we could not finish 2.3 (could be wrong but) Gyoza and prawn tempura tasted like Costco frozen food and tempura sauce was very salty and had and odd flavour 2.3 chicken teriyaki was delish (but no cuts in container breading was mush by time I got home) but veggies and rice WOW very good and rice was fluffy
2.4 their chicken now I’ll be back for the chicken. That was tasty for around town little bland but moist and crunchy as fried chicken should be.

The sushami was the worst iv ever had. The meat was cut sloppy and I have never had sushami with noodles under the sushi it has always been rice for me. The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because my mom and sister had the Bento box Wich included a wide variety of sushi and good deal Wich I tried. I wasn't impressed with the service. They did not come to our table to refill our water or check to see if we needed anything.

There was a strange smell like a never cleaned greasy fan. Tables were sticky. Taste was ok, but the rice didn't hold its shape well when it was picked up with chopsticks. Overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this place to those who know the taste of sushi.
