Fantastic. They got me in the same day I had an issue arise and Doug fixed me up in a couple minutes.

I am really impressed with the office. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the office does not blind you with all that extra lighting, and it's a calm environment. Nobody is running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. In other words not stressed. I am very comfortable and glad to be going there now. The lady who cleaned my teeth was the most gentle I've experienced. Awesome work guys.

We had a great experience at horizon dental. Dr. Doug was fantastic with the kids, especially first time and super hesitant kids! He made them feel safe and he got them involved in the process. They are excited to go back!

Dr. Nagel gave me various options to help me with my issue, and referred me to 2 specialists.

Dr. Whitelaw got a crown done on my little girl that has bad dental anxiety with absolutely no issues. He was so patient and kind and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. Can not say enough good things!

Dr. Cindy Nagel, Britney and all the other staff are supportive, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They listen to what the concerns are and have never failed to respond appropriately. I would highly recommend Horizon Dental and actually have referred a couple of friends.

My 10 year old has Autism and Anxiety and Jeanene was great with her. She took things slow, & allowed my daughter to lay with the X-ray vest on her through the cleaning appointment. My kid left feeling so proud of herself when medical appointments typically leave her feeling poorly. Big huge thank you to Horizon Dental.

I have been going to horizon for 4 years. Dr. Nagel is amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

I went in to get a cracked tooth looked at and ended up needing a root canal. I had some anxiety going In but Dr. Whitelaw and his assistant were awesome, they explained everything they were doing as they went and negated all that, and it went way better then I expected honestly. I would definitely recommend them!

As usual, a nice atmosphere - always quick, efficient service at the front desk to support the mannerly professionals who do all the dental work. Dr. Cindy is quick and efficient, too! Easier for mobility challenged to visit than most dental offices. Brittany is an excellent hygienist! All recommended!

These guys are charging cancelation fees right now even if you have covid-19.
With this new Omircon variant it is IMPOSSIBLE to give 48hr notice.
So if you have an appointment coming up be ready to pay if you last minute get sick.
My son was exposed on Thursday got sick Friday night I got sick Sunday night and I called first thing Monday morning to cancel a Tuesday appointment. They are charging me cancelation fee and I have Covid-19. I'm curious do they want people to lie and come in any ways?
I've been going to horizon dental for years and when I asked for a break they said we are only charging $25.
They must be making good money on cancelation fees right now. Unfortunately I will never go back. My family will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Doug has to be the best dentist i have been to! My tooth actually looks like a tooth after i had a filling and not just like someone squished some filling material on it. His assistant was super great as well

Friendly, helpful, clean, convenient to North Shore residences, and free parking. Very good with young children.

We just love Dr. Cindy and the staff at Horizon Dental. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and capable! I just had a cap redone and Dr. Cindy wasn’t happy with the one that was was ordered in, so she sent it back and got them to fix it. It fits great now and it’s just the right size for floss. So glad she knows what she is doing and has high expectations!

It was my first time to a dentist in 16 years and while I had concerns initially, they laid them to rest in an instant. Hanna was incredibly kind and supportive, as was the whole team. A check-up quickly transformed into a clean-up session with some luck and I was bewildered with their results on day 1. I actually cried in joy when I went to take a picture at home because it was like looking at a brand new me. I cannot recommend them enough!

Best dental clinic ever. Dr Doug sees me, Dr Cindy sees my kid (5 & 3) and all the hygienists are amazing. They don’t guilt or scold. Dr Cindy said @life happens! ” about my kiddos cavity. We had a “failed” conscious sedation appointment for the cavity and I loved how caring and sweet everyone was! No one wants a patient to feel anxiety or fear. So amazing

I have never felt more comfortable or welcome at a dentist office before. As a person with a lifelong dentist phobia, I surprisingly have no concerns having them work on my teeth. Dr. Nagel is incredible, highly recommend.

Quite simply Horizon Dental restored my faith in dentistry. I came in with horrible PTSD from previous bad experiences and this team really turned things around for me. I cannot recommend them enough!

Since moving to Kamloops 3 years ago, I've found Dr Nagel and Hanna Berkey to be the best dentist and dental hygienist

Five out of Five for my dental hygienist who is informative, non intrusive (ok I was watching home reno shows and dreaming for a lottery win) and good advice on being pro-active on bone loss as I age. I am not on a dental plan anymore being retired so obviously looking at keeping costs down but maintaining good dental health. And they recognize that and discussed.

I was very pleased with my cleaning/checkup. Hanna the hygienist was very personable and professional. I feel at ease which is very important when you have anxiety as I usually do. The facility is always clean and they're up to date on covid-19 procedures.

I have really enjoyed my experiences at Horizon Dental, they are such a welcoming community of young, energetic, and professional people. I really enjoyed having all of my questions thoroughly answered, and the hygienist and dentist taking the time to describe procedures to me and guide me through my appointment. Great place to be!

The staff at Horizon are very professional and knowledgable! I had a brux guard made and it fits great. I also had my teeth whitened with the Zoom technology and the appointment was very relaxing.

Very clean, modern and welcoming office. All the staff is super friendly. Natalie was my hygienist for my new patient exam, outgoing and friendly. Will be returning for all my dental needs.

I would recommend Horizontal Dental 100 times over! From the friendly front staff, to my amazing hygienist Tracy and of course Dr. Nagel, they are all absolutely outstanding. If you are wanting a relaxing and thorough dental experience this is the place for you!

The whole office really made me feel very cared for. Brittany my hygienist was so friendly and ensured I was relaxed and comfortable. The dentist (Doug) was thorough and honest, it felt as though my oral and overall health was priority. Plus I got to look at a beautiful photo of Moraine Lake my whole appointment!

Had an initial exam and cleaning. Both the Hygienist and Dentist were polite, positive and knowledgeable. The receptionist and hygienist were polite to inform me of the new procedures due to COVID when relevant. It was a pleasant experience, for a dentist visit. I will be returning and would recommend them to others.

Just moved to Kamloops, this place is wonderful. Very kind people working here - Sharon made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in town.
