I can’t say enough good things! Like a lot of people I hate the dentist and have avoided it for many years. I can’t believe how kind and patient they were with me (I was for sure being a whiny baby about it).

The hygienist was awesome and they got me in for my examination immediately. She explained everything thoroughly, was funny and made me comfortable. This is why I don't go to any other dentist.

Highly recommend this dental practice. Friendly reception and exceptionally skilled dentists, hygienists and dental assistants.

My dental hygenist was fabulous. I did not have to wait, the advice she gave to me for my son's first dentist visit was great, she was easy going and wonderful to talk with. I've always loved getting my teeth cleaned but this time was extremely comfortable. If your looking for a great environment and wonderful service, this is your place to go visit.

All service was quick, considerate, and professional. Environment was clean and the dental work provided was top-notch.

Dental care is good. Service in booking, and following up when they say they will is meh to bad. Examples:

1. I've tried to get a mouth guard for night time sleeping on multiple visits. We chat, they say they will send brochures, and then nothing.
2. Appointments are cancelled if there is no confirmation of appearance. What other world does that occur in?
3. I was booked in for an appointment on a holiday.

None of these on their own is a serious issue, but cumulatively I don't know.

It's been 6 years in the making but I finally got my front teeth replaced. Thanks to Horizon Dental and their amazing staff eating has never been so easy.

When I enter their doors I'm greeted like I'm family. From the ladies to the dentist I have their full attention. Nothing is rushed. I'm walked through every step of the procedure. I know I'll have a stress free visit

I normally don’t go out of my way to write a review, but I felt this one was important. We are a young mixed race family (Indigenous, Jamaican, and white) we have 3 very active kids that are loud and rambunctious. The respect and care we got at this office is superior to any I’ve experienced in any medical or dental office in my life time. Everyone was kinda and respectful to myself and my partner and kids. I felt our eldest who has adhd was treated so well that he didn’t put up the normal fight he would in that situation. They are busy but still took the time to individualize our care for each kid and my partner and myself. I also observed how they treated other patients at the front and my heart was warmed to see young and old people from all races and walks of life be treated with the same kindness and respect and i can’t honestly say I’ve never seen such consistent communication and care in any medical or dental clinic before. I’ve already recommended to two friends that they bring there kids there from now on and I will continue to tell people about our experience because it feel so rare to get the high quality of care and I genuinely appreciated it so deeply.

Great professional work but the people here are money hungry, The Dentist I had knew I wasn't very well off money wise and yet at every opportunity it felt like he was trying to go for the most expensive option available. Go here if you have deep pockets or good dental insurance if you have nether well pound sand I guess.

Great experience, would recommend to anyone should they want good helpful dental help. Always improving ways to assist with all your dental needs through fast friendly service and advanced state of the art equipment.

Low score because the receptionist when i first walked in all happy go lucky with the staff but her face dropped and can feel her hate to first nations.second visit she asked us to wait out side.then i try scheduling appointments you guys don't reply or answer calls or email.

The office/clinic is tidy and covid 19 policy in place is strictly implemented. Front office very helpful and polite and my hygienist is the best-Lauralee. I got free toothbrush, a sample size Crest toothpaste and a lip balm.

Horizon Dental has amazing staff. Always friendly and very informative. They've always made my family comfortable, even my kids were toddlers they weren't scared, and still enjoy going. My husband wasn't on file yet, but when he had a dental emergency they took him in

When I think of my dental visits of sixty years ago - yeah, I'm old - the difference is amazing. The people at Horizon Dental are a great bunch. Efficient, friendly, and competent. I cannot speak too highly of their service.

It was a good visit to Horizon Dental. The staff was friendly and welcoming and all of them were very professional.

I was visiting Terrace and had a dental emergency. I was able to get a same-day appointment as the desk staff were empathetic and caring, professional, and efficient. The dental assistant and Dr. Lim were kind, caring, thorough, just excellent!

Dr. Cooper is the best Dentist I've ever had; this pro is in and out like a catburgler! No 'clanking around' at all. He answers all my questions, addresses my concerns and is a consistantly amiable fellow who seems to genuinely enjoy his work.

I absolutely recommend going to this dental clinic. It's the best across all provinces that I've ever been to. The staff was so good at accommodating my emergency considering I was out of town and drove down 7 hours to get there. Dr. Lynn was just superb. He made me feel so comfortable and explained every bit of the procedure so well, giving all the options that were available. His assistant, Marley, was so good and soft spoken, I just felt welcomed out there. Thank you so much for such amazing service. Going forward, you are the only dentist I'd like to go to.

I had to make an appointment for a white spot under my tongue. I was very concerned as my father dealt with oral Cancer. Upon phoning their office and hearing my concern, they scheduled me in for late in the morning. Not long after making the appointment they called me back and got me in even sooner. I was blown away because currently with covid everywhere else was booking months away. Dr. Lym and his team were super attentive and reassuring.

The girls at the desk were really sweet and welcoming. As it turns out it was just something mild called a small salivary stone, something I'd never heard of before.

Dr. Lym made arrangements for a referral to a surgeon the same day, and personally called me himself later that day to let me know he had sent it off.

Blown away. As far as dentists go they make you feel like you are the only patient in the clinic. Fantastic, 11 out of 10 stars.

I always get great service from this dental office. I have been going there since they opened and highly recommend.

Horizon dental goes above and beyond for their dental patients and provided a safe atmosphere during the COVID epidemic. At no point did I feel unsafe, all my questions were answered fully and respectfully, and urgency is taken seriously when warranted.
