Staying in room 141 everything is good and the people running the place are good people also

Pulled in … looked at room … felt unsafe and left. Brutal property. Run down, filthy, half is closed and boarded up. I’d rather sleep in my car than this facility. NO STARS

Brutal place, you WILL NOT feel safe behind the closed door. The room I had was horrible. Was never cleaned, or bed made over. Room floor rug had huge rips, stains, and everything was falling apart.
The door frame looked like it was kicked in a few dozen times. Towels and rags holding the AC unit into the wall.
Very sketchy building and operators. Decided to cancel my 4th night and leave early. They refused to give me my money back because I reserved for 4 nights.
Save a little extra more money and choose a better place to stay, specially if you're with family.

The new management are trying to steal our money. By saying that we owe money and that we need to get out today! Saying we owe for these last four days of the month of August. When we checked in March 15th & we paid for the last weeks of March. We have been paying 1000 a month and now since the new management came we pay 1500.slumlords they are greedy people. So watch out people don't trust this new management. They rip the shirt right off your back! Greedy people. Like we are born on disability. I have lupus and they know that. Now we're going to be homeless again. We will be sleeping outside from the 31st of August on. And it's going to be cold soon. And we don't like sleeping in shelter. We like to stick together.we were paying 1500 for a below par room. Where the electricity breaker kept going out bc couldn't even plug the TV and microwave and air conditioner at once there is a bad leak in the washroom. If you look closely you'll see mold in the tub up above I don't even think they changed the bedding after the last occupants that stayed before us! Paid $1500 for a not suitable for loving. The place went way downhill since they took over. Just plain racist don't seem like they like natives. So steer clear of here if your native they probably won't rent to you or even take A second look. So there it is.

Great for the price. Thank you for allowing me to enter the room even though I checked in at 3: 00, saying that the room was empty and that the cleaning was finished!

Beyond a dump! DO NOT BOOK! One of the buildings caught on fire and is boarded up. Nowhere near what the pictures show! Very false description. The main usable building is in serious need of repair. Cops in the parking lot when we got there. We left and didnt stay. Go elsewhere!

The place is disgusting. Absolutely horrible. Bathroom has mold. Bad service at the front desk, and wouldnt even acknowledged the nasty rooms or give another room option. Stained walls with holes. Wifi doesnt work. Ac is broken. Just a grotesque experience. Unfortunate we had no other option. You couldn't pay me to stay here again!

With 4 other hotels in very close distance book your stay at them instead. The rooms here are very dirty for the price you pay. The service is horrible. Not enough towels in the room. The pool is dirty and the area isn’t great. A lot of homeless around the hotel asking for money and checking your vehicle doors. There is also a lot of (working girls) in the area.

UNINHABITABLE! STAYED THERE ONLY OUT OF NECESSITY AS EVERY ROOM IN TOWN WAS BOOKED SOLID! PAID WITH CASH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT AND THEY LITERALLY CAME TO MY DOOR ON THE SECOND DAY OF 3 DAYS THAT I PAID FOR AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY CHECKOUT TIME WEN I SAID NO I HAVE ONE MORE DAY THEY CONTINUE TO ASK ME FOR A RECEIPT WHICH LIKE I SAID THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME! I HAVE LATER COME TO FIND OUT THAT THIS HOTEL MOTEL WHATEVER THEY WANT TO CALL THEMSELVES IS ACTUALLY CONDEMNED FOR THE GREATER PART OF THEIR PROPERTY THERE'S ONLY A SELECT FOUR OR FIVE ROOMS IN THEIR 105 ROOM COMPLEX THAT ARE LIVABLE BY LAW! THESE EAST INDIANS THAT RUN THE PLACE ARE STRAIGHT UP CROOKS! I HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS FROM TWO STARS TO 10 STARS AND THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR BUT IN ORDER TO GET MY RENT ON HERE TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE WHICH I WISH I DIDN'T. THEY 100% STOLE MONEY FROM ME

The whole building is in need of renovation but everything was working (A/C, bathroom, TV, fridge) and clean. This is a motel; you park right outside your door.

Dirty, non-smoking room and smelled like hell. Dirty towels. Noisy air conditioning. Not recommendable.

This place needs to get renovated. There was a bug on the bed. You can not open the sliding door easily. The bathroom was disgusting. It needs a new tub. The towel hanger was taped to hold it up. For three guests, they had two towels. The toilet was plugged. Had made reservations, but they did not have me on. Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend d this place to anyone.

Great view. Enjoy staying there. Close to everything we need. Restaurants, shopping centre.

Why so many one stars. I stayed in other places in Kamloops and not nearly as nice. I took a chance at this place …It’s so nice as soon as I walked in i was instantly happy. Clean rooms appliances that actully work. A gorgeous view of the city. Backyard with your barbecue. Or conditioning. Yes a little old but it’s very nice.

False information about the pool, security & condition of the facility. Very difficult to latch the patio door. Big air gaps under front door & patio door. Toilet was plugged that they did unplug. Pictures that were obviously many years old had shown a beautiful outdoor pool. The pool was cracked and falling apart and had no water in it. We asked & were told the area was very safe and our car & other ones were broken into in the night. The only thing that made the place bearable was working air-conditioning. Not enough to make up for the other things!

This place is not fit enough to have guests. Did not feel safe or clean. They put me in a room that is literally falling apart, holes in the walls, carpet is ripped, dirty towels wedged in between the holes in the AC unit. The door is damaged and does not close properly. The Wifi does not work in my room and I'm here for a week for school. There are crazy looking people hanging around the parking lot. It is pet friendly but there's garbage all over the grounds and glass in the parking lot. No fitted sheets so they fall off while you're sleeping. Not to mention its extremely dated and that's the least of the problems! I should have canceled when I first got here but they let me check in early so I have a place for my dog to chill while Im in class.

Do not come here, spend the extra 20-50 dollars on a safe and clean place.

Booked a one night stay on the weekend. The place is beyond run down. The first room they gave me hadn't been cleaned, the second room appeared better until I entered the bathroom. BLACK MOLD has taken complete control above the bathtub. The caulking had its own colony brewing. The bedding was stained and the AC was missing the front cover showing just how dirty and unclean it is inside. Save yourself the trouble, spend the extra 20 dollars and opt for a better spot.

Booked a room with a kitchenette as I was staying for two weeks! The hotel looks nothing like the website. When you pull in, half of it is boarded up and falling apart. Pool is out of service and has been for quite some time.
When we arrived, I waited half an hour for someone to arrive at the front desk. When I tried to check in, they didn't have the room I booked.
It worked out the end though, the whole place gave me crack den vibes and the heebie jeebies, I definitely was not staying. They were kind enough to give me a full refund, though, and we high tailed it out of there!
