Came in this morning, 11 washers and 6 dryers out of service.
Washer takes 12 quarters for a 40 min normal load, dryer takes 5 minutes per quarter.
Washers were leaking onto the floor and some dryers were also leaking and most not cleaned or maintained at all!
Not the ideal place if your wanting to quickly get your washing done and continue on with your day.

Place is poorly run! Only 6 washers work and there are many washers that are broken with signs on them. The change machine was out of change for two days and the lady at the attached tanning salon had a nasty attitude when asked where to get change.
On my first trip when the change machine had change it only gave me three quarters. On the most recent trip
The change machine did not have headquarters.
On this most recent trip the dryer took six of my quarters, and would not turn on!
Don't go here unless you absolutely have to
Ps: i just read the owners response which was very evasive then he blatantly lied about people yelling at his staff! What a liar and his business is run just as lousy as his response!
Furthermore due to my involvement with the military im under 24 hour 7 day a week electronic surveillance by multiple agencies! They see and hear you lying bruh.

Ok, probably 4 star but giving 5 stars to counter some of the 1 stars that almost made me not come. I’m glad I came.
$3 to do a load, $0.25 per 5 min dryer.
Located at 2nd level of building.
When I came it was clean and comfortable. Some machines are down but I counted 8 working washers and about 12 good dryers.
Coin change machine seems to be okay, although I got change from my hotel before coming.

Hot Sox is great! Definitely 5 stars.
We were on holiday with a weeks worth of laundry for our travelling family of 4. A day earlier I schlepped it all over downtown Vancouver to 3 sites, all from Google, one had disappeared, one wanted to charge me $50, and one was really dry cleaner. Hot Sox is exactly what a traveller needs. All coin operated (quarters) washers and dryers.
We did two loads of washing (12 quarters per load, 27 minutes, warm cycle) and one BIG load of drying, (a quarter per 5 min, our load was 45 min approx). That's super-affordable.
Exchanging cash for quarters from the Tanning Salon next door (as per the instructions) was easy. The vending machine was well stocked with detergent and bounce pads.
The place was clean and not at all busy when we were there (11 am on a Tuesday).
We also got free parking just around the corner, (pay parking outside is also available).
There is no attendant, but that was no problem if you can follow simple instructions. As it was, we had a great discussion with the lovely owner (also owns the next-door tanning salon) which passed the time.
All in all it was clean, easy, efficient and very affordable. I would highly recommend

The place is not being kept tidy / clean.
The change machine didn’t work either for coins or for notes when I visited.
This place operates only on cash, no cashless payment, and that’s inconvenient given that cash is not used that commonly these days.
This time, folding surfaces were also dirty.
If you don’t like running your business, then perhaps sell it and let someone else do a good job.

This place needs some sort of security and maintenance. There are bums yelling at customers and trashed this place. (the whole facility smelled like garbage and we had to throw out a mouth wash bottle out of the laundry machine.) They left shopping carts blocking the laundry machines.
This place is dirty. You’re better off washing your clothes in a lake. The owners seems to ignore some serious issues.

I came and the place is closed but says it’s open online don’t come here it’s a mystery if it open or not save your don’t and never come here save your trip to somewhere else

It washed but it did not spin so everything was soaked. Waste of time and money to do another load. Dont use machine #10
