Dave Fuller was excellent. Helpful, professional and went the extra mile. Helped our strata with many electrical related problems. Pointed out potential concerns and suggested different ideas on how to fix a problem and even a cheaper solution if it was available. Didn’t view this as just trying to get more business but simply being a respected professional and gave us advice as to if something should be dealt with now or tabled for the future. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for our strata or our individual home.

Pretty mediocre overall. Used a couple times with a couple different electricians. Installed a light that overloaded the switch, heating up and couldn’t figure out the problem. Installed outlets with missing screws. Charged for hardware not supplied, hours were added up wrong on wrong days. Both electricians would leave 20 minutes before the hour and charge me the whole hour.

Houle was great. Helped with advice and found a solution that would work cost effectively. Highly recommend them.

I was really impressed by the service provided by Houle and, in particular, with Ken. I sincerely appreciate that he took the time to share his process and answer my questions while he was working on fixing the problem and finding the cause.

In pandemic times it's not often you can feel so comfortable with a stranger in your house - but with his top notch COVID safety protocols and friendly-while-still-professional attitude - it was an enjoyable experience all around. I am very thankful to have heating back in my home and I definitely learned a lot of things along the way. In the customer service world there are a few opportunities to provide additional value at no cost to the company - Ken seized those opportunities and that really stands out to me as excellent service and added value.

We hired Mike Wong to repair a DDC problem that has been going on for months on a very complex public building. Mike was able to very quickly pin point two of the problems causing the issues and explained it all extremely well, showed me the two components causing the issues and we were able to get it all rectified that morning. I worked with many DDC Control techs and Mike is not only a great communicator he also really knows his stuff. Cant recommend him highly enough.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met. 100% not hire again. Even blocked my car in and refused to move when I asked. Worst experience with an electrician in my life.

Prior Employee. Refused to report an injury to WCB, threatening unemployment if I tried to report. Also threatened unemployment for trying to take time off.

Contacted the email given to have this resolved and looked into, but to no reply.

Amazing and prompt service to fix an annoying problem with a smoke detector on a Friday afternoon. From a very responsive person answering the phone at the office, to the electrician that showed up at my door not long afterwards. Connor was a very pleasant and competent electrician that did a thorough job of taking care of the problem. Thanks guys!

For residential homeowner stuff this place is where you go! They cater to you and I and do good work.
