Awesome service and Shabina Dean is great and I have total trust in her and H&R block for doing my taxes, I would highly recommend to friends and family plus to whom ever is reading this review!

Shabina is an excellent accountant. She is well spoken in English A+ for those who need clear and concise communications. She showed a superior understanding of Final Taxes for deceased persons, which was important to us since we recently lost a parent. Shabina was fast, thorough and efficient yet professional and friendly. My common-law spouse and I were extremely pleased with the coherent communication and very happy with Shabina's high level of knowledge, skill set and experience. Her very pleasant manner put us at ease. Shabina provides top notch service and we recommend her to everyone seeking great communications and superior knowledge in tax preparations for personal filing and final tax filing for deceased persons.

I am very disappointed in the services is here. I filed my taxes with them on April 29th 2021 and never received a notice of assessment from CRA up until June. So when I called in June they said that my taxes were never filed! When I called H&R block they couldn't give me a reason as to why my taxes weren't filed and the lady that answered kept talking over me and was being absolutely condescending. They re-filed on June 17th and assured me I'd get my GST and child tax on time. I never received my GST on July 5th I am so angry, us low income people need our money.

They mis-calculated my return and now they make me wait for a month.when I paid them for the quick cash return.totally bogus.never dealing with them again.poor customer etiquette.

Because I worked for 5 different companies last year the 15 percent taken of for taxes was not correct from the amount I maid that year fill cheated 653.00 will have this investigated with the CRA Tuesday. The H and R Lady said the computer can not calculate properly because of so many T4s. Not fare having paid so much extra for tax refund this year not happy.

Staff is very friendly cooperative. There is a lady name cindy her service is very superbbbbb. Thankyu

I found the ladies at this locution to be very helpful They went up from beyond what they were expected to do and I'm very grateful for them thank you Cindy you're the bomb

I needed some documents to apply for mortgage and time was an issue for me. Cindy helped me a lot in arranging those documents.
In general, this location has a nice staff.

This was the best experience I had with H&R block, all thanks to Shabina who did my taxes for me! She went above and beyond! She fixed up all my taxes, I previously went else where to get my 2017/2018 taxes done and was quoted on owing $7K but thanks to Shabina, I only had to pay $900.00 - thanks so much to her for doing an amazing job! And she’s so nice and funny, amazing customer service, I really felt that she genuinely cared to help me!

Well done, and he saved me some money from the year before where my tax was not properly done, not by HR Block but someone else. Two thumbs up.

Lee Wong provided me with exceptional service! Fast quick and easy! Explained taxes to me more in depth, answered any questions, and what I loved most she was super efficient, and I really felt like she knew her stuff inside and out! I will be back to this location next year for sure, and I love that I can book her specifically as well, which you bet I will be!

In all the years I have filed my taxes I have Never owned the government money until I went here. Also the lowest amout I have ever received back. Never going back

This is a great location of H&R Block. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend going there to all.

Cindy was fantastic. I needed a few things printed off and she went over and above to get me what I needed. She printed off an extra form for me just in case the bank asked me for it so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. The last time I went in to get my taxes done the lady who did them even helped me get my Premium Assistance forms all filled out and sent in after I was done filing. This place really goes over and above to try and help you every way they can.
