Sorry, but this was one of the most unhelpful services I've had since my time here. I wanted to book an appointment to review my taxes, and firstly the person on the line seemed reluctant to book a service at all and kept telling me that I have to pay money (which I was willing to do). I had to repeat my problem 3 times before they even understood the issue, and even then I'm not confident that they fully understood it. I will definitely not be using H&R services in the future.

Very expensive! Do not go here, save your money and find a CPA. They don’t tell you up front about extra fees and the service is very slow.

Can be a little pricey for taxpayers on low fixed income. Well trained staff, and ethical business.
