H&R Block

I have never had such poor communication from an accountant. Consistently going multiple weeks without responses to my emails. Don’t spend your money here, spend the bit extra on someone who cares.

I don’t know why is this place close so many business days, have been coming here since few years, though this is the second time make mistake with filling my tax again. Even though I asked to declare my tutor invoice because have of special needs things, but the lady didn’t hear me out. Now I want to contact them to fix that but they are always close.

Aweful experience quick to take my money, efiled and not only was it done incorrect once I called. No customer service also no answers to any question. Better to file on your own 100% ive dealt with H & R block many years. Its just this loction that is extremely poor.
