Audrey is AMAZING! Third year with her and she never fails to take such good care of me. Can tell she truly cares for her clients and goes the extra mile to help. Everyone in this office is also lovely and very welcoming.

I have been coming here for years. The main women there is awesome, I highly recommend her. She has always made my tax life easier. She is awesome

Was very pleased with my experience at H&R Block. Nikos helped me a lot understanding return taxes. He was very friendly. Totally recommended Nikos and H&R Block.

Nikos is the best tax advisor I have ever encountered. He did 10 years of my taxes. He is diligent and great at his job.

They are nice people, but didn’t put me at ease that my taxes were in good hands. My tax pro didn’t know RRSP contributions could be counted until March of the next year, didn’t know T4s could include taxable benefits, didn’t know their own h&r block prices went up after March 31st, got frustrated that I had tax-related questions, yelling that they don’t know. I’ve never had such a terrible and unprofessional experience, and then they guilt-tripped me that they came in on their day off to file my taxes (when they’re the one who proposed this date in the first place?)
Communication was so difficult, it felt like they were saying what they actually wanted to say in their head, but very few words came out so it was really difficult for me to understand.

But despite that you can tell they’re trying their best, so it’s just really conflicting because they’re probably usually really nice outside of this context. Taxes really stress me out, and this experience only made me feel worse. I wish they just said their plate was too full and sent me home.

Just called to say I would be dropping off my US taxes tomorrow for Ky.receptionist very rude to me on phone. KY IS incredible. Receptionist needs to go.

I would like to acknowledge Rosemarie Cheng at the No. 3 Road office. She has been my H&R tax expert since 1997. A returning client of Ms. Cheng's speaks volumes. I look forward to seeing her next year!

Rosemary charged me a whopping 120$ to do a T4 and T4E tax return and promised to file my tax on the 22nd of February 2021 and contact me. Yet she failed to do so until the 27th. Never responded to my email or call or told me the reason why she wasn’t able to do it whatsoever. I’ve been calling a few times for this and she’s never in office. Made up a bunch of excuses like “I wasn’t scheduled to work on the 22nd” while she was the one promising me to file it that day. Not so professional after all.

This is my first experience here and it was great, Tax experts are very professional and friendly, the service is quick.

K. Y.is an incredible asset. His confidence in what he speaks about, and his patience in explaining tax law and then bringing it back to your income makes it easier to understand the choices you make in both investing and how to make good tax decisions throughout the year.

Just walk asked to do my taxes waited maybe 2 minutes. Debbie came out did my taxes on no time. Very nice lady great service from the beginning.

100% satisfied. I went to drop off my t4s and grab it the next day. I got $ from my t4 that day too they gave it via cheq. The fee is cheaper than I expected. It was waay cheaper than I had mine done last year on different branch

June was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were some tax forms I didn’t receive through the mail that she was able to access online. June went above and beyond to help my husband and I out; I would definitely go back to June at H&R block again.
