H&R Block values Time & Money. Their Customer Service is always heart touching.
Every thing Ms. Nikita Nagpal had done for me was very awesome. She was very polite and an expert adviser. She explained about tax filing benefits as well as answers my questions regarding the same. I wish next year at H&R Block, I see her around as well.
I live in some city far from Delta & Surrey. She advised me that we also have our H&R Block location everywhere. But I this location only as before I had lived in Delta.

If you do go to this place, make sure to ask for Alex! He is amazing and the only reason I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars.
Initially had a very negative experience with other staff member and what she couldn’t get done or communicate in 6 weeks, Alex was able to do in 20 min. He quickly understood the issue and was patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!

I dropped off my tax papers one Saturday this 2023. After 4 phone calls and 14 days this branch pulled my papers out from the bottom of the pile and worked on them
After their work, they gave me the refund check. I put it into the bank machine as a deposit. The HR Block check got rejected by the ATM.
So I went to the HR Block branch and the staff didn't know how to fix the printer and print me a new refund check
I currently out $200.00

Diana Harris is truly amazing at what she does. I came in with very little knowledge of how taxes work for my small photography business and she walked me through it step by step. She was not only able to maximize my return amount, but gave me sound advice to help me going forward. I now feel I have a handle on the habits I should be creating in order to properly record and file all my business expenses, and I know that next year when I file again that things will go a lot smoother. Was just married in 2021 and my taxes were more difficult so I went to H and R block they help me out they also pointed out that I didn't do my tax return in 2014 and they solved that for me so I'm glad that I went there

Worst experience, don't understand why I was dealt in rush though I filed taxes almost 45 days before deadline. They filled in wrong name and information. Return filled with errors on everything. I went there last week to point out what I noticed and showed them comparison with TurboTax software return I did my own.
(Jxxxxxx) didn't bother to listen to me during my visit while filing taxes and again I was referred to her during my last visit. She supposed to call me next business day and its been a week almost, not even a courtesy call to update on delay. Maybe this is their business model, I was doing my first tax returns here and thank you H&R block for making it worst.

Probably the worst H&R Block there is, the manager is clueless and the staff lie when confronted about making mistakes. Don’t waste your time at this location, You’ll just get the run around and told lies.

Had a great experience with Diana and the team. I needed an adjustment to my personal taxes and they pulled through with great customer service, attention to detail and respectable pricing. Gave me an Accountant who could not communicate with the CRA for answers. Made me wait for one hour in their office, just to ask one question.

Our H & R Block tax agent was very good. She took the time to do thorough work on our taxes. She reviewed our tax files with us and explained everything very well and gave very good advice.

Thought it was great service until I received a bill, from Revenue Canada, for $1500,11 months later. We weren't informed of the information H and R was unable to get or that things happen when you " file too early". Interesting, considering when they all open up. They take no responsibility, just give excuses. Never again!

My taxes were done by Nikunj. He was very professional and answered all of my questions with patience. Due to Covid, I filed online. You sign all the paperwork online, and chat through their website and over the phone. You pay over the phone as well, which is very convenient. He even advised me on how to set up direct deposit for the CRA through my bank, so I can get my money faster. I would definitely recommend the services as this branch.

I went this morning in H&R block, and ask the front desk to transfer my staff to another person, she was like I can’t do that, by the way I asked to gave me all my slips to get back, she gave to me and was missing same slips and ask her she was like maybe they misplaced. How came they doing that I trust them after westing me for 4 hours.the girl at the front desk was so rude even she’s not helpful person she’s not even acknowledge the customers

The H&R block dealt with my tax return efficiently and professionally. Mr. Gurmukh Thiara did my tax return and answered all my queries correctly and was patient enough and warm to all my questions.i would always recommend HR block for tax services.

I told the agent that I want to file my tax for 2 different years, after taking 60 dollars from me, he told me that he has only filed the tax of one year in that amount. He did a 10 dollars insurance in that which he didn't tell me was optional. Its clearly a theft.

I had gurmukh thiara as my tax professional, and my overall experience was fantastic, I only paid 11 dollars to do my taxes today, I’m very pleased with this experience and will go back

Tldr: staff was polite, not knowledgeable, gave misinformation. After much inconvenience and time, they honoured a promotion that I received by email and gave me a $10 Visa giftcard, which looked sleek!

staff was polite, but the downsides of my experience: they didn't know about a promotion (which was fine, so I emailed them the offer and came back over half an hour later as I needed to do some other errands), when I returned, the front desk attendant asked me to come back another time, which put me off.

I told the manager that the promotion was about checking my past returns for money the CRA owes me in 10 minutes, and if they can't find money, they'll give me a $10 Visa giftcard. I'd be fine waiting for the next customer to finish and have the accountant look at my past CRA filings. She said it's not fair to others who made appointments. The email (and fine print) didn't say that I need to make an appointment or arrive between a certain (dead) time. That's not my fault, so I shouldn't come back another time.

After waiting some time, the Accountant Gurmukh was nice enough to say I've been waiting a while and offered to help, which I appreciate. After reviewing my 2017 and 2018 filings, he stood up and told me I wasn't qualified for the promotion, then incorrectly stated that it was only for new customers. I told him that the fine print doesn't say anything about being a new customer. I told him that the email in fact says "come back", so it's targeted to past clients. He said he'd talk to his manager about the fine print. I told him that I've already filed my taxes, and asked him why couldn't he take a look? I didn't understand. He said "ohhh, I misunderstood. I thought you didn't file yet. You didn't tell me", which made no sense. He knew that I had, and I also told the front desk and manager who supposedly relayed what I was there fore. He then clicked around reviewing my past filings for a few minutes and told me "okay, yep, we owe you $10! After waiting a couple of minutes as they asked, they gave me a $10 Visa giftcard.

I'm giving two stars because: the staff was polite, my past experience with the location and staff was positive, the gift card has a cool black and silver design.

I have a good experince here with Gurmukh Singh Thiara. He is very helpful for international student specially. I have recieved a good discount from him. He also explained everything before continue and check personal info. Carefully.
