Horrible experience! We waited for more than one hour, and nobody cares even though we had an appointment never again in that location. Such a bad service.

It's very deceptive to not tell customers how much their tax return is going to cost until after the fact. You made it seem like my return would cost very little and then it ended up costing me nearly $100. By then it was too late for me to do anything because you'd already completed the paperwork, which by the way only took about 5 minutes. This is bad business practice and I won't come back next year. I will also encourage others to not use your services.

I wrote a review before realizing that H&R Block ripped me off. They did my taxes, which probably took 2-3 hours, they did 6 years, and totally screwed up on my refund amounts then charged me $603.46 just for those years in fees. I had someone else go over my taxes, and found H&R block shorted me like $800. That would explain how my taxes went from almost $2900 down to less than $1500. I am very unsatisfied and want my money back. On top of that, I don't recall asking to have those years done as I had no slips or R. O. E.s for those years, but the lady who did my 2018 taxes, called me and told me, she could do them, and it was no trouble, she would find the info needed on the C. R. A.website. I then recieved a call the next day saying my refund of almost $3000 was ready, all I had to do was come sign the papers. Then I was told, it was PWR pay with refund, but I still haven't received anything, but they took their fee right away. And still took me for another $800 in tax errors calculations, I will never again use this tax filing service, and will pursue a refund.
