They never contacted me for the brief interview they said they needed to file my taxes after I dropped it off and then ignored the 7 voicemails that I left. Then also made it seem like it was my fault that my file was just sitting on their desk for months. What a wild and crazy experience how do you operate a business like that

Very unprofessional culture at this Kelowna location. My wife and I made an appointment a week in advance and took time out of our day to arrive early for our appointment. We were kept waiting for half an hour with no explanation of how much longer the wait would be. We finally left without receiving service. We just moved here from Langley where we had a very positive experience with H&R Block for several years.

Wishing google had a "stay away" star. Stay away from this place like the plague it is. I wish I had a time machine so I could punch myself in the face for coming here.
The agents couldn't figure out how to file our taxes properly for the first hour and there were many errors during the process. I was so unconfident with our filing, I had no choice to to get their "piece of mind" option. Seems like H&R Block is hiring people who are incompetent just to score $25 in the "piece of mind".
Even if this my last option in the future I would rather not do my taxes.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. ANYWHERE!

For at least the 6th year in a row, I continue to have a very positive experience here.
Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They have always found ways to save me money, and accommodate my complex tax situations with flexibility. Effects of locale on privacy could be improved with better sound absorbing and taller cubicle walls maybe. Overall I am consistently pleased with service and staff, and recommend my friends to come here.
