HSBC Bank

Their service is fairly good. It is a very good option if you need international banking.
Not sure about the poor comments here. To me, quite satisfied every time I visited here.

Aberdeen Centre has free parking. Some of them are dedicated for HSBC customers.

Extremely slow service. 30 mins line up. Lack experience, bad attitude. Already close my account here, bye.

When you want to move your money out, they will make many troubles to you. Don't choose HSBC. Not only this brunch, they're all the same.

Constance & Ivy Tam were a great help, they went above & beyond to assist me when i had a problem w/ my internet banking transaction.all in all great service & an asset to the branch.

Like most hsbc branches it’s full of slow individuals who can’t seem to process basic transactions in a timely manner.

Worst service ever. I've been with them since 2004. They consistently mess up everything I've asked for over the years. They make simple banking very complex and difficult. I've had to always deal with chasing them for timelines & updates on mortgage business, everything is difficult with them. I hate this bank so much I can't wait for my mortgage term to be over and completely cut off everything I have with them. They can't even submit application on time, return a call or file document properly without asking me for the same things over and over. I always have to bend my back backwards with them. Annie from this location is the worst, she almost cost my my home sale by lying about submitting my port request. On top of it, she doesn't even have the basic respect to reply an email or call to inform me she dropped the ball and simply punt me off to someone else. Sick & tired of their BS. Unfortunately I have to rate 1 star at minimum. They deserve none. They shouldn't even be serving customers. And they dare ask me to invest with them! How do you trust liars and unreliable bankers that they hire? !? I'm appalled the manager tells me they are "not commission based" - good god, how do you motivate slackers? ! Change your motto: clients do the chasing, HSBC does the slacking!

After reading the previous reviews and was worried of going into this branch. Surprisingly, my experience was very smooth and awesome today! The rep I had was Alison and she’s very polite and efficient. Keep up the good work!

This is the worse branch to deal with, no sense of service quality. Its almost 1 year since I opened my HSBC Premium account, i am still holding a temp bank card.

Very negative experience when my wife tried to make deposit of few cash into her bank account in hsbc aberdeen square branch. The clerk in the counter requested my wife to release all her privacy information in written to her, such as salary, other incomes, employer's name and address, etc, etc, all these specific questions raised by her sound like the questions from police or revenu agency, instead of from a retail bank, giving us a feeling like being questioned by policy as a suspected, , not the clien of a bank.

Unprofessional service at all compare with other banks, lady at the counter not sure what to do always ask for assistance from others or they try to pretend on the phone for what?

Choose another and other than this. System too old for Morden world

If people actually read reviews of banks, HSBC would have no customers except for the desperate.

Terrible customer service, extremely long waits, disorganized phone centre that send you on wild goose chase, unhelpful and rude tellers.

Their technology is stuck in the past, causing more headache than ease when trying to deposit money. Imagine a bank that makes deposits difficult!

Fées are already expensive and going UP November 2017. I can't imagine how I lasted 10 years with this nightmare of a bank. Switching was the best thing I've done.

Seriously, RUN from this bank.
