It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get a hold of this branch. After over 20 calls, I still have not been connected to the branch so I am able to resolve a simple issue. I have been treated with utter disrespect by the call center personnel, consistently been hung up on and even purposefully ignored by being put on hold for over 20 minutes to simply check the Status of my account. Since I live abroad I am unable to make a walk in.
I do want to mention, that my experience with the in person staff has always been great.
