Kristi escalated our unique insurance need to her manager, Prem Singh, and together they escalated it to their head office. The end result? We're so impressed - they were able to find us a Strata Insurance Policy that provided a $400,000 deductible, to top up our current plan. This is after a devastating fire earlier this year increased the strata's policy deductibles to a whopping $500,000. Kristi and Prem went above and beyond for us, and we are SO grateful! Hub International under insured me. I trusted the company to know how long it would take in the event of apartment fire and water damage. Do not use this company, they are not experts in their field.

Anhad helped us with a difficult insurance issue. It was not straight forward. He was very patient, kind and considerate and took his time explaining everything to us. We will use his services again.

I traded my car in and went through Hub insurance and they we’re supposed to cancel my insurance for my car that I no longer had and they didn’t. When I noticed that the payment came out of my account I called them and went down to their office and canceled it once again. Another month goes by and the same thing again! Insurance payment comes out of my account for a vehicle I no longer own again! So I decided to call the insurance company myself instead of calling Hub and was told that my insurance was never canceled! Obviously someone at Hub isn’t doing their job! Beware if dealing with them!

Arman gave me a call at home and kindly asked for all my information so that the process would be very quick, he provided me with the best possible price for my insurance and made sure that while I was still covered I didn’t have anything unnecessary in the plan.
After about 1 minute on the phone he simply just asked I dropped in after business hours and sign a document to verify information as it worked with my schedule and stayed overtime to ensure I could get my insurance renewed in time.

The agent who did my car insurance messed up the paper work and put my car title down as a gas when it was in an EV making the cost about 30% higher and added other stuff I didn't ask for. After I went over the paper work I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with icbc to prove my car was an ev I cancelled the plan and went with bcaa never again will I use this firm for auto insurance complete waste of my time.

Bought a different vechile could not contact them on a weekend to get full insurance time to switch back to Icbc yuck. Disappointing
