Don't bother going to this location on a Saturday to get property rental insurance. They don't offer the service. Will find another insurance company today. (Still Creek location)

My husband and I got stuck without insurance. Our Hub shut down without warning. 12: 15 in afternoon. Sign on door said shortage of staff. The other sign was will bc closing at 3: 00 today. I phoned all around until one person who was in insurance not related to Hub found me the Burnaby Office. Got a guy by name of Ali. Super patient, helpful and did my insurance on line. Otherwise we would have been stuck for 3-4 days. Really nice guy and the reason we may stick with Hub.

Staff was friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me and I felt comfortable making my choices.

Bad experience. I paid for a policy that I never received which I needed in order to work. I ended up having to go through another insurance company to get a similar policy and I have been trying to get a refund for the last 3 months.

Excellent experience renewing my personal vehicle insurance (ICBC & Stratford), Cindy B.was super helpful, answering all my questions and took the extra time to explain the steps to renew and looked into my low KM’s to see if my vehicle qualified. Highly recommended.

I got an email to renew my insurance, thought it would be simple, just renew it, keep everything the same and just renew. I was offered a plan that would save me around $500/year. I asked if this was a new plan or something because I was never offered it the year prior. Well it is not new, it was available last year, so I basically paid $500 more for my insurance last year than I needed to. Needless to say I was a little disappointed.

They contacted me about renewal of my car. I emailed back and got a reply the next day. The process of renewal is easy and everything is thru email. I am satisfied with the service. I definitely will stay with HUB for my car renewal.

The process was smooth. They reached out to me to remind me that our vehicle insurance was getting close to expiring. We did the update over the phone on Saturday October 9th. They emailed me documents for my signature within 20 minutes of talking with them. The new decal and insurance papers arrived yesterday in our mail box.

Prompt and professional service. Muhammad Al-Qadri (Ali M) assisted me with my policy update to my auto insurance. I had the goal of reducing my current rate and he delivered! Ali M shopped around for cheaper add-on insurance policies for me, returned my call so I didn't have to be put on hold and sent the paperwork over right away. He was personable and professional so I felt well-taken care of. I also felt understood which really helped. I've been using HUB for over a decade and they always deliver for me. Was a bit surprised when they called as it was a different person this time. The different options on my policy were reviewed and was most pleasing to pay nearly $500 less on my auto insurance.

Had my first online/phone/remote renewal. I loved the txt reminder, then received an easy email - "want to renew". Received a call the next day and the renewal was done. This is the earliest that my auto got renewed and well in advance of Renewal date. Love the efficiency of the whole process. Jasim Sait - we thorough and detailed and reviewed all the changes introduced by ICBC.

Car Policy didn’t arrive mail. Agent on holiday. No one else in the office responded to multiple phone calls. Had to call head office. No plate sticker for weeks. Polite when actually speaking to people on the phone and in emails.

I have been using Hub at this particular location for almost 10 years. They are great to deal with. Friendly and efficient. They will find the right balance between ICBC and private insurance.

The company only cares about profits not people. No personal attention to individuals. Shopping around saved over $189 dollars on home insurance policy annually.

Very quickly and easily got my condo insurance and both portions of my car insurance all dealt with with one call. Frankie even reviewed my Strata’s insurance to make sure my personal insurance was adequate and emailed me confirmation!

Happy to renew with HUB again this year. With Alina as my point of contact, I knew I was in good hands. Professional, efficient, and willing to patiently answer all my (many!) questions. Top marks.

Fast and easy to renew and I didn't have to leave the house! They called me at the time that was convenient to me and received the license plate stickers within a couple of days!

A couple years ago I called to ask about yoga business insurance. I was directed to a woman, whose name I cannot remember. Wow unbelievably abusive - she said no we don't offer that insurance, what is your business? I told her three times. Yes HUB did offer insurance I wanted because I knew businesses that had it. In a snarky voice - Oh why didn't you say, after the 3rd time saying the same description. She was to call me back about the details. Never did call back.

Why the review years later, because I need this insurance again. I was reminded about this company's response.

It is excellent when organizations rise to the occasion and find ways to do things despite the road blocks (eg: COVID). The renewal of my annual car insurance was done completely on the phone and the internet. New documents were printed - all without having to drive anywhere or expose anyone to anything. I have used HUB for many years. Their customer service is above what is expected, and they make sure that you are never late to renew your insurance. It is also nice how accommodating they are.
