I just want Hub to know that I dealt with an awesome lady named Shaqun and she was so polite and extremely friendly with me over the phone. She explained things clearly. Very informative and this was after I dealt with Our Insurance Company, Kamloops Ins.not so helpful & she was in a rush to have lunch. So, now for Next Year 2024 it is time to change Our Insurances over to Hub. Thank you so much Shaqun. Brenda

Excellent customer service! Adrian took good care of me when I needed to insure my JDM car for the summer. He was kind, friendly, and personable. He demonstrated top notch professionalism and a high level of patience as he explored and compared all the ICBC rate options available. I was impressed with how thorough and accurate he worked, making sure to remember to cancel the storage insurance for me as well. It was a great experience all around. Thank you Adrian!
