The employee named Naydine was a pleasure to deal with. I bought a truck over the weekend from a dealer in Langley. Their paperwork was ridiculously bad. This dedicated employee at Hub International in Hope took my request for seriously. I’m sure she spent much more time than is normal for this type of transaction. She arranged for my paperwork to be corrected and delivered to the office in Hope so I could drop by in the afternoon and get my new registration and insurance documents. Well done Naydine!
