Took my money to change my insurance then forgot to enter in system (so they say). So I paid a higher deductible. I think they just stole my money. Never go there. Call to question them and they said it was a mistake.so I said that I wanted my money back. They said no that the girl probably keep the money for herself so there is no way to get it back.

These people may be OK for ICBC renewals but are clueless for farm or business insurance. I have problems from 10 months ago I am trying to clear off.some surfacing TODAY.
They go through the motions of helping but all in vain. I am having my underwriter and coverage switched to another broker since I am required to use an intermediary!

Nice people there, very friendly. A bit slow answering right now, but giving a bit of a pass as there's been major flooding and they are busy with flood claims.

The lady wasted my whole day verifying the signature on a transfer paper WOW i guess being a customer with 4 vehicles and a bike does not give you the privelage of good customer service very dissapointed.

This is the third time I’ve gone to this particular location for my own personal car insurance, I’ve gone a couple of times with a friend (pre-covid) and the service has always been very good. I used to go to the insurance places located in the grocery store since I was already there but often faced with long wait times and long processing times. When my friend took me here for his own insurance, I was quite surprised how things were handled. Often there are no wait times, if there is any waiting, it is kept to a minimum (less than five minutes) and insurance for vehicles processing is done incredibly fast and professionally.
My last time I went (during covid), I was asked the typical screening questions, everyone wore a mask and were distanced properly. The Aldergrove location took all the right steps with covid protocols and I highly recommend this location for professionalism, speed, friendly service and for those who want to feel safe during a pandemic.

I was in to renew my insurance. Was pleased to observe Covid precautions and measures were in place. I have used this office several times over the past couple years and have always received great service.

I like the "Masks appreciated" sign at the door. All workers wore masks which in turn protects the customers. We wore our masks to protect them.

New experience for sure with the doors closed to protect our agents. Outside of the initial "huh, what! " for the new way of doing things, I did get my insurance renewed successfully for another year. When original agent was busy, another took over and finished my renewal. This might be the time to invest in a home printer as all documents have to be scanned for the process to work. Thank you HUB Aldergrove!

The renewal process took almost an hour as I was comparing ICBC to Intact for rates, coverage and limits. I do not know if the issue is with the underwriters or at the branch level but these process should move much quicker than this.
My expectation is that from sitting down to completed renewal the process should take only 15 minutes at most and the wait to see an agent should be not more than 5 minutes. I would suggest you review the normal time to complete a policy and if this is longer than 15 minutes, you need to advise clients of that fact so they can plan their day accordingly. If the wait to see an agent is longer than 5 minutes, adopt a number system so clients can leave or an online appointment system so clients can book appointments.
It is also critical that each client be acknowledged when arriving and advised by an agent regarding the estimated wait time. This is now standard business practice and has been for a very long time now. I would suggest you review your client interaction process and process times as well as survey your client base as this survey attempts to do. Once you have completed this you will need to correct gaps between customer expectations and deliverables or your client retention rate and upsell rates will decline.
Your company has not adapted to the current best practices in business and despite the number of locations, I will be searching elsewhere unless changes are made.
