Customer Agent was good, friendly, polite but of course there’s some glitch and she’s mumbling to herself about my insurance. Doing me a freak out!
Then after restarting the whole thing, and printing my bike insurance she pulls out this blue paper.
This new paper is “demanded” by ICBC and they make you initial everything you just initialled on the insurance! Oh and sign away that you just reconfirmed what you already know.
That paper in NO way benefits the customers, it is just another CYA for ICBC.
Nope, nada, not returning there; I call BS!

Amazing service from Rachael Wackerhagen! I was running very tight on time to have a home policy in place to meet my lender’s needs (and my needs) to close on a home purchase. I tried other representatives and brokers and they were not dealing with it with the urgency that was required and also did not understand the requirements and documentation. Rachael was the only one who acknowledged my situation and went above and beyond to deal with the matter through direct communication with me and my lawyer and got things done in only one day at an amazing price. I am thankful she became a part of this journey. I am sure I would not have made it through this on the tight timeline I was on without her. Thank you Rachael and thank you Hub International.

Cadence was great helping me with my house insurance, with a short deadline she found us the best coverage for the best price. Fast and easy, highly recommend.

I'd give more stars if I could. The staff at HUB Columbia, especially Rachael, are friendly and happy to help by finding creative solutions to problems while giving clear explanations of policy. You couldn't ask for better service, they go above and beyond.

I want to take a minute to say what an amazing job Rachael did for me. She helped me with my home insurance needs. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and promptly replied to all my questions. She saved me money on my home insurance and helped me fix the mistakes I made in my application. She listened to what I needed and delivered. I highly recommend Hub, and am thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

Very busy and limited staff for anything beyond vehicle insurance, highly recommend an appointment before you try to visit for anything else.

The lady at the desk was very unfriendly from the moment I sat down, seems to hate her job or just has an attitude in general. Won't be going back after dealing with her the last two times.rude and unhelpful.

I was going to renew my insurance this Friday as it's that time of year again, but Crystal just phoned me up and set up the renewal over the phone to be done via email. So easy and convenient! Great service.

The lady at the desk was so rude before even approaching her, she was very unfriendly and had such attitude and was giving snotty looks. Definately will not be going back to that place.

Won't come back to buy any insurance again, they are not helpful and with bad attidude. What's more ridiculous is that their fax machine hasn't been repaired for a year, wast my time.

If I could give Sandra Austin 100 stars I would. I had an insurance emergency and she was at my work in 2 hours with the paperwork for me to sign. She saved me. I can't say enough about her, highly recommend Sandra.

Every year when our home insurance renews, they can't get us a bill on time. They have actually called to harass us about not paying a bill, that they did not to send us. We have been clients for ten years, and they still can't figure it out.

Having dealt with the valleyview branch for a number of years they directed me to this office as they have Mobile icbc services, my vehicle needs to be re-registered and insured however when I called for the service they said no they do not do this service but "THEY DO MOBILE ICBC"?
maybe think twice about dealing with this company, do they or do they not no what they are doing?

Rude and unhelpful. Called on the phone to ask questions were told that we had to come in rudely and then once we got down had to wait 20 mins to be told we couldn’t do what we tried to ask about on the phone. If they had listened in the first place they could have helped us on the phone and not wasted our time. Will not visit this location again!

Sandra comes to my business and renews our insurance for work and personal use. She is always on time with her re-newel dates and has her paperwork all ready. I highly recommend this service and this company and feel she is a great asset to Hub Insurance.

I had a simple insurance renewal. Zipped in to the office. The front gal seemed to be a little sressed out tied up with something not wanting to give me a hand. BUT this wonderful women from the back helped me out and completed my renewal! And - she - was there AFTER her day was already complete and was to go home to her family. But she showed up for me, 110% and was so sweet and chatty too. Service still with a smile! (I think her expertise was house insurance.) I greatly appreciate when people go the extra mile for me - like how I treat my own customers. She was awesome! And with my full schedule - that was literally the only time to get that timely insurance renewal complete.
