HUSKY / Chevron - Gas Station

I stopped here on a trip from California and refueled 40 liters of gasoline at machine number 5 around 6: 45 PM two days ago. The receipt was not printed. But I thought there wouldn't be any problem, so I just left. When I checked today, I was shocked because I was charged $250 CAD at that time. There is no way for me to deal with this. I hope the owner can handle it.

Horrible staff, Worst customer service and the staff rip-off customers.
Check your receipt because I promise you they are going to overcharge you and steal your money.
They charged me to different prices for 2 of the same pks of cigarettes.
This isn't the first time I have noticed this, Just the first time keeping the receipt and leaving a review.
Don't do business with this place unless you have no choice.

Very upset that they stopped selling propane as this was the only place in downtown Victoria where you could buy propane instead of having to be scammed by trade in tanks

They have propane refills, but the refill closes at 5 PM. Right before everyone starts making dinner and runs out of propane.

Rude, surly staff, and really at the end of the day a gas station has one job: to offer courteous service, that's it! Not hard. I stead they sit on their phones, texting, not paying attention. Honestly, go anywhere elsez they're all the same prices, so all you can do is demand decent service which you will not get here

I had perfect experiences until today. 2 friends and I walk up, 1 being of color, he even walked away and we were still denied. Customers who have cars are welcome an chooses who even though it clearly states 3 customers at a time.

Gas stations everywhere have been the place we have always been able to count on when we need a washroom, especially for women. Everyone does #1&2 but women bleed monthly. Husky does allow any customers to use their washroom even when every other gas station is. If this gas station building wasn't there, we would have a tree to visit. Trees provide us with privacy when we "visit a tree". Husky has absolutely NO respect or compassion for anyone by refusing the use of their washrooms, they appear to be lazy by not wanting to clean them, it's easier for them to just not let anyone use their washrooms. That is a human rights issue.

I come here for gas its close to home. I've been coming here for 14years. It's good for late night snacks. I have a good relationship with management, if there's a flavour of icecream Ben& Jerry's or Hagndazs they don't have, he's willing to order what we like, again that's what brings customers back. Great job.

Try to be there around 10pm when the clerk Shane starts his graveyard shift. He usually gives away free items to people around 10 o'clock.
