My experience with Esteban is that he is unable to remain objective, is easily triggered and over-reacts… leading to an undesirable outcome for his clients.

He is more interested in “fighting” (and charging for his time) than looking for a solution and comes across as arrogant (not professional) in his communications. I found he readily gave his opinions on matters that don’t pertain to his scope of service than resolving issues.
