Great service and very patient. Nicole was great, she helped us renew our insurance and explained everything very clearly and in details. I have been in different auto insurance services before, they are usually in a rush, very confusing and not patient at all. I will definitely come back to this every time I need help with insurance. I advise anyone who needs help with their insurance to go to Nicole or any representative in this agency.

Transferred ownership and insurance on a vehicle here last week and I probably won't go anywhere else in the future. Guri is one of the insurance advisors there and he is always very professional, kind and honest. You can't go wrong with any of their advisors. They are all great! Guri helped me with all my insurance needs and I don't think I would ever go with another agent again. He is honest and straight forward, he is knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with advise and his options but never swayed me to make decisions base on his advise. He left everything for me to decide without any pressure. I've had bad experience with other insurance brokers in the past who had given me bad advise and when I had questions about my insurance, they would pass me on to the next person and never wanted to help me again. Hyde Insurance is the best insurance company we have ever encountered. We have applied for car insurance through Hyde Insurance Company for more than ten years. All of their employees are very professional and experienced. They treat customers very warmly and considerately. Today is New Year's Day in 2020. At 7.50 in the evening, we suddenly remembered the need to update car insurance. I thought it might be closed. My son and I immediately came to Hyde Insurance Company's office and they did not let us down. Their door was still open. Only Sukh was in the office.
