I had a truly awful experience with this tattoo place. Not only did they they book me for a consultation 6 weeks out, but when I called to cancel on a Sunday for a Wednesday appt while I was on vacation, they said I didn’t give a 48 hour notice due to the BC holiday long weekend. When I asked for a refund of my deposit due to their incompetence, they flat-out refused. It's clear they care more about taking people's money than providing quality work. Avoid this place at all costs!

Amazing customer service, Sara (h?) and Spyke spent a bunch of time with me trying to find the perfect septum hoop size for my nose! Sara (h?) (who is an apprentice) pierced my helix and did it so well, they made sure I was comfortable and ensured I knew that I could ask them to adjust the placement before they pierced! First time here and I know I’ll be back again soon! (I’ve forgotten the name of the lovely person who was working the front desk and also helped with the finding of the hoop but they were also amazing and so sweet, I know I know Spyke I repeated the names to you before I left and yet I still forgot)

Sarah was super nice and helped me get a new eyebrow jewlery put in! So appreciated and all of the workers are unbelievably kind! Definitely go here

I received two piercings from Jessy on Monday and was extremely satisfied with my experience. Firstly, I appreciated the security procedures. Not that I was nervous, but appreciated the thought that went into having the studio locked until my arrival. I was greeted enthusiastically and introduced to Jessy. Waiver was reviewed and Jessy explained the process. I noted that I wished to receive a conch and helix. Jessy noted that most people find it difficult (too painful) to sit through more than one piercing and asked which one I wanted more. We then went to Jessy’s designed room. Everything was sanitized and appeared very clean. Jessy was friendly yet professional throughout the process. Aftercare was discussed and Jessy provided contact information if I were to have any issues. Very pleased and will definitely be returning on my next trip to BC!

Called and had my tattoo booked in and when I was in the shop all the staff and owner were kind, professional, friendly and easy to deal with! It was a couple of small tattoos, so I was in and out quickly! I will be booking more tattoos in the further and will always recommend I-Kandy to all!

My daughter and i got piercings done this past monday and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was super attentive & welcoming! As someone with mass allergies (that most piercers tell me aren't possible, titanum as an example), she was super in listening, agreeing it is possible (which never happens) and was very knowledgeable and accomaditing. She also made our experience fun and entertaining!

I will absolutely be going back for more piercings!

Took my daughter for ear piercing and it was a 10/10 experience. Jesse (sp?) was Clean, quick, professional and an absolute gem with my daughter! Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with this studio for a navel piercing. Upon getting into the room, Andi, who was to do the piercing was honest but gentle in telling Me that it wouldn't work out. My belly button has changed through pregnancy etc. We ended up chatting and going with a different piercing. She was very welcoming and made the experience smooth and full of smiles and conversation that made the disappointment a little less disappointing! While this isn't my first piercing I would highly recommend this location for first timers! I was walked through each step of the process and sent home with instructions and so much information I never new. I would have appreciated such an experience with my first piercing as a teen!
