Robert was amazing. I called him unsure if he could fix my bricked ps4pro. He very kindly explained the process and the possibility it may not be repairable. I dropped it off and within an short time he was able to diagnose, update me, and complete the repair. He is very reasonably priced. I have been extremely impressed with Robert’s tech services with my Mac over the years. On several occasions, I thought all hope was lost and Robert helped me solve my computer issue. I truly wish I could give this business ten stars out of five. Robert was amazing in helping me out with my computer issues. I found him through people who had suggested he was the best person to fix my computer issues. I wasn't even planning to mentioning the fact that I was trying to upgrade my RAM and even though it was through my own stupidity that I overlooked the obvious, he was there to provide guidance. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. It was quick, it was efficient and it was just so wonderful to meet someone who knew things and was patient enough to help me out. Not happy with the service I received. Brought tablet in for one problem which was repaired but received it back with a problem it did not have when I took it in.
Update: response to owner review: i can provide proof that I sent a text to him at 3: 10 the same day I picked up the tablet telling him what the problem was. Also when I asked him if he could fix the tablet before Monday he agreed so if he had a probably with this he could have said no. So why he is making it an issue now is very confusing. Then he tells me I cannot review his business on Facebook.

Excellent service! Had a water damaged laptop and he was able to fix it within one business day. Gave a detailed report as to what he fixed and his price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I dropped my phone in the sink and thought it was toast. I was able to bring my phone in the same day it splashed down and got it back before 6pm. It works great and I didn't lose any info! Super happy!

After having learned that my new laptop had to be completely set up from square one I was overwhelmed. The spotty WIFI in my area along with the complete lack of knowledge for new computer set up I was lost and pressed for time to have my laptop ready for upcoming start dates. I frantically Googled "Computer fix it Companies" which is where I happened upon Robert, and am so incredibly happy that I did! I'm quite certain that when he answered the phone there was a blurry mess of mixed vocabulary that spilled out from the frustrated and panicked state I was in. I felt very relieved by his calm, professional and understanding responses. As suggested, I went straight to him for further discussion about my Laptop. Robert had a very welcoming and professional demeanor upon arrival. The was no denying he knew his stuff but was also kind enough to adjust his computer language during our discussion to a level that even I could understand. He was thorough about collecting specifics that were needed to get everything I had hoped to have in order for my customized user needs and wants. Although I was speaking in a very confusing, and clearly uneducated on the subject gibberish attempting to explain what I wanted, he didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it at all. In fact he even gave me a couple of useful tips and some interesting new knowledge for my computer that I have used successfully ever since. The fee for his service was incredibly reasonable and he got everything I had asked for, a couple of "hoped for's" and even a "need to have" or two, installed and ready for me right on time for pick up as discussed.
My laptop is running flawlessly and I am at ease knowing help is just a phone call and drop off away.
I will not go anywhere else now that "I Know A Guy IT"! ;-) he will be my go-to for all future IT needs, and with my 8 year old son now using computers for online learning during Covid, I'm guessing he'll be seeing us quite frequently! (lol)
