I Move You Moving and Storage

Exceeded my expectations! The crew were on time, efficient, careful, and mostly importantly, they respected my place. They packed the truck nicely and secure it every 2 -3 rows of items. Price is definitely on the higher end but worth every penny!

They have helped me move a couple of times now. They are fast and efficient, easy to work with and good prices. They communicate well and I will be using them for all my moves going forward!

We went with I Move You after reading all the positive reviews. However, we had a stressful and terrible time dealing with them on moving day. The truck was supposed to get to our place between 9am and 10am.
At 10am, since I have not received any calls, I called them and low and behold the owner apologizes and stated the movers did not receive the work for this morning. I believe that the owner completely forgot to tell his movers about our move, even though they called us 2 days before to confirm the date and time!
I can not describe how such a hassle and stressful day it was since the movers were over 2 hours late. Such an irresponsible company.

The best moving service you can ever find in the Greater Vancouver area, possibly even in the entire Canada.

So i've used this company several times and the first two moves were excellent. Movers were quick on the job and all charges were discussed/agreed upfront. I did however had a bad experience with my recent move where the drivers gave us no communications on their pickup schedule and were dishonest regarding their garbage disposal fees. Management of the company later contacted me to investigate this matter and informed me that another company was brought in due to my late request. The company acted sincere in their apology for what has happened and vowed never to use that external company again, plus compensated me for the disposal fees to make things right. This company is honest and have good business practice. I will use their service again in the future

We've used I Move You several times. They are courteous and very responsible with your furniture. Extremely clean and meticulous. They strive to do your job expediently. Also, free reusable bin rental for 3 weeks, really came in handy. Would recommend!

Our recent move was smooth and efficient. Movers handled everything with care and I liked that they had wardrobe boxes which helped with moving clothes and jackets.
I wasnt able to use the free moving boxes due to some miscommunication about the availability of boxes. They were responsive in correcting the situation.
5 stars for the movers and their efficiency.

Really fantastic service. The movers were prompt, efficient, and nice. The company also provides free moving boxes - with a deposit - that are large and durable. Great service all around, the price is super reasonable, and I highly recommend their service.

From start to finish very happy with how everything went. Workers showed up on time were friendly and professional. The move went smoothly. The bins provided were also very helpful and when I was unable to drop them off they were able to come grab them for a small fee. Would definitely recommend this company.

Truely great guys, Otto and Lee were amazing and exceeded my expectations. Very thorogh, handled everything with care and seemed very experienced as it seemed like they were always a step ahead! They completed the job on-time with a steady pace. Easy to communicate to, and really needed no supervision. Highly recommended!
