i Pro Nails Salon

Very very bad experience, this place should be banned and their license should be cancelled. They are ruining nails. Please please ladies never go there, unless you want to experience horrible looking nails. Extremely rude when i went there to correct, they made it even worse and asked for more money. Paid 55$ for shellac. Horrible experience

Worst customer service I ever had, I call them for my appointment for nails and feet and they tell me to show up and they told me they are busy now! I don’t understand they wasted my time! Owner never there! I been loyal customer but it happened three times they told me to go back cause they busy after Tellin me to come! Last time one girl did my feet she ruined my natural nails cause she drilled with machine too hard it was so painful. I believe they only wrking for money they have no respect for even loyal clients and no morals for their wrk
Never recommend worst service and they lie so much in front of other customer for keeping there reputation! Owner needs to know what these girls doing I will b posting pics girls who lie and told me to show up for services

Worst experience ever. Very bad customer service. Lady was doing my pedicure and did not to do properly then when I questioned her she went quiet and the lady beside her just laughed. Did not fix the problem. Very upset as these was my bridal pedicure.
Never coming back again!

They will go far and beyond to make you happy. They make the perfect nails for me, very chic and elegant, massage my feet and waxing.
Definitely to come back!

I really enjoy my me time at Ipro. All the staff are lovely and they have a pretty good memory of the regulars who come in. My favourite person to go to is Kim and she's always pleasant. Very efficient and usually pretty quick without sacrificing quality.

Worst customer service.
Charges extra for nothing once you are done. Firstly tell u different price and then charge you a different price.
Always talking in their own language in front of customers which we don’t understand.

My mom had went to get a pedicure and manicure which was amazing loved the outcome but she had also got her lashes done from here and at first everything was okay but then they started falling out bits by bits so she had went back to get it done again the same day but later on they started to fall out again n irritate her eye a lot n left here eyes red.

I got refills done today and I also have the worst anxiety so my hand were a bit shaky but the this lady started yelling at me to relax which was really embarrassing and it made my hands shakes more then they were cus I got nervous. I could also hear those two ladies talking about something in their language aswell as staring at me which was super weird but my nails actually turned out amazing. (just not the best customer service)

Worst experience ever. I have been going here for 8-9 years.
I went in a couple days ago to get a mani pedi. I needed to have my old set removed (arcylics) the male started to pick my nails with a pilers! I told him not to do that and to remove them in a safer, healthier manner. He got upset with me and it showed through his work. I did not feel safe and decided to leave. I walked out of the salon with white dust stuck all over my hands. I paid full price.no apology nothing! Super upset since I've been going here for years.

Worst Nail Experience Ever

TLDR: I clearly asked for a gel powder set 3x that was advertised in store and online for $45. I was charged $70 and they refused to refund me, saying they upgraded me without my consent.

I made the mistake of going here even after all the bad reviews.

I went here years ago because my friends did and got my nails done twice. Both times were for acrylic nails and they were good enough, affordable experiences.

I decided that I wanted to get my nails done again, so I booked a 3: 45pm appointment today even though I now live in a different city over an hour away by vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes (which was okay).

When I booked the phone appointment, when I walked inside the salon, and when I sat down with my nail tech I said clearly I wanted a GEL POWDER SET. This means I said it clearly three times!
I showed my nail tech a picture of one of the acrylic sets I got years ago from the same salon. I said I wanted the same neutral pink colour and shape (coffin).

I haven’t had my nails done in forever so I was already apprehensive about the experience and didn’t really understand it. After she put on the nail extension and buffed my nails I expressed that I was uncertain about my colour choice (she didn’t help me even though I showed her a picture) and asked if I could see the nail examples again. She mixed the gel with another mixture and showed it to me. I said I thought the colour didn’t look right, but she said it would change after. The colour stayed the same. I wasn’t happy with how the colour turned, but I decided not to make a fuss.

When I went to pay, I was charged $70, when my gel powder set should have only been $45. I paid in shock. However, less than a minute after leaving the salon, I walked back in and (politely) said that I was charged too much. My nail tech argued with me and refused to refund me the additional money. She said that she upgraded me. I did not ask for that. I clearly said I wanted a gel powder set. She then blamed me for showing my picture to her. I said that the picture was of nails I had done previously from the same salon years ago that were acrylics, so they would have been even cheaper than the gel powder set I requested!

I was not even given a receipt. This salon totally scammed me and would not fix it once I politely spoke up about it.

I will never go here again. If the salon reads this, I would like a genuine apology and amends to be made.

First picture is what I asked for (colour and shape, but gel nails). Second two pictures were what I got - wrong colour, shape, and more expensive without my consent (the price increase without my consent and the false advertising is my main complaint).

I would only go here for simple nails not nail art. The woman that painted my toes did not apply base polish and when she was painting my toe nails they were rushed and big globs of polish stood out unevenly however they do do a good job cleaning, trimming and grooming the actual nail itself. My nail art was very very messy looks nothing like the picture I showed her.

I have been coming here for over 10 yrs they have always done the best in town and have been the shop I will continue to be going to for the next 10years thank u I pro nails for giving me my family and friends the mini vacation we all needed so much love and respect thank u thank u Thank u

This nail salon is very good! They did a really good job on my nails every time I went and I enjoyed it.

I've been to ipro Nails several times and each and every time my experience seems to be getting worse. The owner is extremely rude and changes the prices every time you go there. If you don't like something and you want to change it she will yell at you in front of customers. There are long wait times and they don't ever refused to take anappointments.

I called in to make an appt offering to come in anytime within the week and Hannah insisted I come in at 5: 30PM. I came in and they were clearly overbooked. I had to wait a significant amount of time before the nail technician, Kim, actually attended to me. When she did, she was sliding her chair between two booths and doing two clients in between. The color I chose and the color I got were different. When I pointed this out she said “it’s pretty” and continued painting even though I argued otherwise. My nails were long and she cut them short, even though I requested long and square. She filed the nails slanted and I had to call her out three times. This was a waste of money, I strongly recommend not coming here. Moreover, Kim took a total of 12 minutes doing my nails and I despise how they look.

They messed up on my nails I went back to get them fixed and the lady gave me the worst attitude and rushed everything and they still made me pay at the end of it.worst place I've ever been to. Don't waste your money.

The owner is incredibly rude. I booked an appointment, when I got there they were clearly overbooked. When I asked her how long it would be she replied in a very unprofessional way. You'd think she would have better customer service skills considering all she does is stand around. Not to mention there are nail salons on every block now.

Booked an appointment for a fill, and came in. They took me in pretty fast, but clearly they overbooked cause another client came in for their appointment, so my nail tech started trying to do about 45 mins of work in 15 mins. And it showed. She tried to file my nails on the sides and realized they weren’t dry (prob cause she was rushing and took them out early).
Then she sent me to another empty station to put them under the UV light, and was like ok bye you’re done! But the unpainted parts of the nail were sticking out cause they weren’t filed, and two nails were crooked. I had to keep asking and pointing out all the errors before they'd fix them, and made it seem like they were doing me a favour by painting the parts they'd missed.
On top of that none of their prices match up? It says full set $29 on their signs, but they charged $40+.

Would not recommend. I regret wasting my time here, and will stick to my regular nail tech.

I love this nail salon! I have known the manager of this shop for approximately 5 years and she impresses me every time I get my nails done with beautiful designs! Would highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here for many many years now because I find it hard to find a good salon who does a good job and has decent service. Kim & Tina are so good and so sweet, I always try to see them. I am usually quite happy with my nails at this salon because they really take the time to do them well and check them over repeatedly. I also love their stamp card reward because hey - who doesn't like saving money? Overall I highly recommend them - just come early or make an appt!
