ICBC Claim Centre

Very friendly and helpful desk.lots of Parking. Fit me in within 10 mins. Appointment was friendly. However he didnt believe me so now i suppose they r going to seny my ckaim. However i sent a letter into icbc stating what i believe happened which i hope they consider not just the investigators opinion. Fingers crossed. Still waiting an outcome

I had an estimate done due to rodent damage. The dealership has worked with me and my private insurance company Stratford, to get the work done by the experts without waiting for months to be compensated. This is my fourth time at this dealership and they have always been very supportive of me and my needs. Thanks guys, I will put the word out for you.

Hit and miss. Although there have been minor improvements, they still fail on so many levels. So many inconsistencies. They need an overhaul in staffing from the top down. I emplore customers of ICBC to put in for an access to information. This will affect change. Don't expect perfection from ICBC but demand consistent and fair services and decisions.

I dont know the name of the bald guy but he is very rude and just demotivates.
I got my license but he is the worst one in icbc

I had my class 7 road test here, I was quite nervous going in but Jeff made my experience relaxed and memorable! He constantly had a smile and gave clear instructions, I would definitely recommend coming here.thank you Jeff!

Today I did my road test I follow all the rules and did great job but still Mrs. Lydent failed me for no reason and it’s her fault that she didn’t adjust the car seat properly she lie down all the way back and blocked my right back window mirror and then she failed me for not checking shoulder check but honestly I did not miss any. Moreover she deducted my marks for readjusting the parkings. Nobody can properly park in first time some time we need too move the car and adjust the parking. She behaves like that am giving class 1 road test instead of 7

I cleared my road test today, am very happy bout it, was nervous in the beginning and then Amir or Amit idk but he cheered me up and said dw relax and focus. He was very nice and helpful, his instructions were very clear and he was very polite. I'm sure whosoever will get him as their instructor will have a nice experience.

I had my road test with Jeff. He was so nice and patient with me which made me feel calm. At the end he gave me some positive feed back on ways I can improve my driving. I passed! I really felt way more relaxed at the claim centre then compared to how I felt at the ICBC.

Jeff is undoubtedly an excellent examiner! He is very easy-going and very nice. I felt nervous when I was taking the road test today, but he always showed me his smiling face to try to relax me, which made me feel better! He always provides simple but clear instructions, so there is no need to worry, I believe he will make every student understand. In the end, I passed the test, and he patiently explained to me the things that need improvement and more attention. I'll definitely give him 5 stars.

Because all they want to do is take you for every dime they can always an argument always a person should not have to fight with there insurance company.

Very poor customer service and disrespectful to customers, staff should be trained how to talk to people. They keep pushing one to another. No knowledge of terms and conditions and ICBC policies. (Consider changing the management).

Really bad service and they don't care about your problems and seem like they don't want to help

They don't return phone calls. The first words out of the adjusters mouth was write off and they hadn't evan seen it. The thief had it for hours, the police had it for a day. I'm still waiting for a call from them. We need to privatize.

Bad services, absolutely no respect and trust in customer! It appears that they work only in their own terms; perhaps Make judgment based on others who may not be truthful to their facts; Taking too long to claim and fix my car. If there was private insurance company I would definitely take my business to them! ICBC needs substantial improvement.

ICBC doesn't have staff available for deaf people to come in and make a claim in person. That's disgusting. More money less service

They claimed my car accident didn't match up to the car that hit my parked car that I was sitting in.

It's very disrespectful company. They want to make you frustrated. They keep push one to the other. I wish they fold up. I wonder why i have to give them one star? Should be none.
