I just took my mst and I barely passed again cause of my nervousness but my instructor was obviously an Experienced rider and was able to give me some sound advice and pointers on how to improve and what to put into practice. I appreciate the professionalism and service of Robert and staff at ICBC

The ladies at the reception desk were simply delightful! So friendly, informative and comforting. Both a huge asset for Vernon's claim center.

So my friend has been waiting numerous months for my N test, now that it’s finally open I have booked my N test. But kids with birthdays that are later then mine are getting in before me? Like are you serious. I’ve already been waiting for 4 months now I have to wait another 2 months. Complete joke and they need to get there stuff together.

ICBC is disorganized and overwhelmed. They get backed up by crashes easily, and there are long wait times for claims to go through.

I usually do not post things like this, but during the road test, I had the worst experience. During tests, it is normal for someone to get nervous, and I don’t see the problem in that; however, the examiner I had, had the worst attitude. Upon asking for clarification, I would get a rude reply. I know that they are not meant to be my best friend, and are there to test me, but some politeness would be appreciated? I did not receive that one bit. They were passive aggressive. At one point, I got blamed for another driver’s mistake. Another driver’s. Like I said, some decency would be nice. If we are going to get tested, get some nice examiners.
