I had a 1986 Corvette black collector plates. B. Corbin forged my name (fraud) hid my car (auto theft) I'm willing any time or day to take a lie detector varifying I DID NOT SIGN the registration or provide a bill of sale. I'm In The process of arranging cout on the matter I want my car picked up and put in safe keeping untill court dissission or flagged so can't be sold.
The lawyer stated I can and will be the case on going after the insurance company for negligence. The law that makes sence is both parties should be present to sign all documents infront of a agent.

Very helpful and efficient when putting through a claim made the process as easy as possible

Absolutely abysmal professionalism and full out negligence when it comes to investigating claims. The claims adjustor assigned to my case never even spoke to me and was impossible to get a hold of. The duty adjustor, Andrew, was very unprofessional and let me know a decision would be made without any investigation. My hope is that one day, like other provinces, ICBC does not have the chokehold on BC residents that it does. Having the monopoly on insurance providers apparently means employees don't even need to do their jobs properly.

Terrible customer service at the desk & really your better off doing the work yourself prior to going in.

They dont respond at my email since a month ago, keep writing but no answers

maps thinks its the bc transit head office, it's very close to there which was nice, but was incredibly confusing at first.
