Eric is my mothers adjuster at icbc. They've had my elderly mothers truck for 2 months, won't fix the damage that was caused by an accident because if previous damage. That was not even comparable to what had happened. They're trying to rip my mom off and get her to pay for half the paint and damage repair because they can't just fix what the damage was. Hire adults you corrupt SOBs. I cant stand seeing an old woman getting taken advantage of.fuggin losers

Recommend doing your road test here! I had mine in March and passed in first try. I was so nervous but the moment my examiner sat in the car, he made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything the way the test was going to go. The instructions were very clear and he was very polite throughout!

My examiner today is Neha. She is a lovely and friendly lady with good vibe. Her instructions during the test are super clear. Her review is also professional and points out clearly what you need to work on. I would highly recommend this ICBC claim center.
PS: the test route is a bit slopy and you have to watch out for your speed.

They fail you without any reason. My instructor failed me saying I was too slow. I was driving at the posted speed while making turn. And I was about to accelerate but there was truck standing on side with lights on. I just cautiously passed by. The instructor said I made the other car slow and failed me.

Always takes a while to get through, but they are usually able to help, when you do talk to someone.

I had amazing customer service at this location. I did my class 7 road test here and John was very kind and personable. He made me feel so calm, comfortable while doing my road test and he was professional and above all he gave me clear instructions. It was an amazing experience and he went out of his way to give me tips on how to improve my skills as well. I really want to thank him and I hope all ICBC examiner had the same ethics. Overall, would recommend this location! Thank you John!

John was my examiner for my class 7 exam. He was very professional, kind, and a calm examiner that helped put my nerves at ease. After the exam he gave me great advice and pointers that will help me be a safer driver and that will be very beneficial for when I take my class 5 exam.

I passed my Class 7 road test today. My examiner was Susan and she did a great job. She was so polite and clear while giving directions. She did not make me nervous at all and waited for all my responses patiently. I must say that ICBC should hire more examiners like her at their other locations too.

I passed my 2nd exam today! My instructor was Susan and she was the best and NICE instructor that I met. She made me feel less nervous because she was friendly and enthusiastic. I did my class 5 road test here. My examiner was Stephanie, she was extremely nice and professional and i extremely recommend her. She is one of the best employees of ICBC. She made me feel comfortable and i was bit nervous before. Thank you so much Stephanie.

I wish I remembered my examiner’s name (her name started with it an S, I believe!), but she was professional, patient, kind and encouraging the entire test!

The examiner who dealt with my admin prior to was also polite, and supportive (before I ever started the test).

I did my road test on 1st feb she failed me for their personal assumptions while am driving she touched my handled when i asked to her why you did that she said I thought u r turning then i I replied that u thought but am safe on the road i will take turn when am safe for this reason she failed me when i talked to supervisor he said am agree with you then they create a fake story and apologize me that they are unfortunately cannot change the result that was so unfair with me

I would like to thank everyone at this Branch more especially to Lilly. I took my class 5 and everything was perfect. Lilly has a very good understanding of the Road and the how people feel. At first I was very nervous and i hope she noticed it. She made me feel comfortable and it was easy.

Few weeks ago i went to do my class 5 in langley 6000 Production Way. The instructor was very rude and disrespectful. I was so disappointed.

Professional examiner and staff. Even Superwiser jason very polite and helpful. My all students review here amazing Doesn’t matter result they pass or fail but feel very comfortable with examiners!

On 5th March, I got my class 5 license in very first attempt. Before, taking test i was little nervous but when I met my examiner Miss Lilly, I grabbed lots of confidence in me. Amazing I took a class 7 road test and they were so nice the instructor [KC] was very nice and Their service is amazing I would definitely recommend them! They were very clean tidy and sweet! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Pretty good job by estimator, got my car estimated above expectations. Relatively quick service, though I waited extra 15 min to be viewed, location is understaffed considering how many empty windows they have.

Took my final N road test here. My Examiner was Lilly. She was very pleasant and put my mind at ease. Made me feel comfortable and said we are not judging you, we are observing and making sure that you are doing the right things. This statement and her demeanor made all the difference! I had a really bad experience at the Abbotsford location taking my test and was about to cancel this one because of the anxiety that person gave me. Thankfully I stuck with it and passed! So happy I did.

The one thing they do not tell you when booking online is that there is no waiting inside. You have to pull up to the blue bay doors on the side of the building for testing under "claims/windshield repair ONLY 15 MIN PRIOR to your appt and no sooner or they cannot take you in. You will be sent out and around the building until your time slot. Everything was well maintained, clean and covid 19 protocols in place. Everyone was very friendly.

I took my class 5 road test and want to give my examiner Lili a huge shout for making the experience very smooth. She is very professional and kind-hearted and can bring the best out of you. At the end, it doesn't matter if you pass or fail, you will leave feeling respected and valued with a lot of helpful tips to be a safe driver to take away.

After scheduling my road test I was scared. I read reviews for different ICBC locations & saw people being unhappy with the service. I recently went for my Class 7 road test. It was really good experience. The examiner named KC gave very good instructions on the route. I was nervous in the beginning but eventually it turned out good. Overall it was great experience and i got my license.

Painless visit, I was able to go shopping and come back, no waiting for the 45 mins in the chairs. Very friendly staff.
