It's really nice that they put profit before people. They wanted the numbers for the witnesses to my accident and didn't even call them! There was no Discovery because the guy that hit me "couldn't make it"

I passed my road test, my examiner was Mr Ken, he was very professional in his job and his instructions was very clear and in advance which helped me to drive safely and i passed my driving exam.

That is the time that BC government intervene and terminate this unfair testing system kingdom which just criticise and humiliate people’s driving. Who would be responsible for meriad of hours which spent during practices, instructions and days off taken from tough employers? Waiting days, weeks and months to have another chance to take another exam? Loosing various job opportunities because of not getting driving licence on time? Despite than thousand dollars spent on the procedure and lots of fuel wasted every time, the time ruins here is irrecoverable. There should be some other ways which other countries execute to solve such problem:
1- Establish a course as road test for test takers they want, which examiner comes as driving instructor, and after some sessions, decide to issue the license.
2- Same examiner should check the previous issues in road test to control improvement. Not to retake whole test with different examiner.
3- Reduce waiting time for next test.

Today, I took my first Class 5 road test, and Ken, my examiner, was exceptionally kind and friendly. In fact, all the staff members share this welcoming attitude. Ken understands the stress of the test and helps you feel relaxed. I passed my road test at first attempt fortunately

Hi I gave my test today, first of all i waited 15 to 20 minutes inside the office for no reason for the examiner,
So when he set in the car he got to know that its my 3rd time, so i was fully prepared but he was trying to trick me and took me to one of signal where there was no turn on red light mark he knew that this mark is on the side of the wrong which is difficult to see as it was very foggy this morning, normally that mark is on above the lights, he dont wanted to pass a person who is already failed 2 times, and this is disgusting i can not wait 2 more months to give my test again i want a very fair reconsideration on my test i will do all my best to make you guys reconsider it as im sure i gave my test very well and the examiner knew it too.

Passed my class 5 test at my first attempt! I walked into the test centre pretty nervous but the examiner welcomed me very well! By the time the test began, I was pretty calm. Thank you, Cathy for being very nice and professional!

My experience at the ICBC Claim Center in Burnaby was absolutely fantastic. I took my Class 5 road test this morning and passed on my first attempt. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to Ken, the officer who conducted my test. He was incredibly patient, kind, and helped me feel at ease throughout the process. Ken's support was instrumental in my success, and I can't thank him enough. I took my Class 5 roud test at Burnaby Claim Centre (Wayburne Drive) and my examiner was Melissa. She gave clear instructions and I felt very comfortable during the driving test with her. My experience at the centre was great! Thank you for your professional work.

This company goes against it’s own policies every time I speak to them. The employees lie nonstop and avoid your emails and calls for months. Some employees may also harass you. This company sucks and everyone in it. The claims adjuster named Karm Kaila is the worst hypocritical, manipulating, scumbag I have ever spoke to at this company.

Today I pass my test for N, my instructor was Kan, he is really professional and does the test harder and more technically. But let me tell you that he is really fair and as I said professional. During the test I didn't get stress from him, he had a nice smile and never distracted me. I am really happy that I did my test with him. Thank you Kan!

We came here 3: 20pm and it is 4: 00 already. My friend is still waiting inside for her driving test and still nothing has happen

First I would like to advised you to avoid this claim centre for road test. Today was my third road test on this place every examiner is unfair, because each one of them are telling different things to do today they fail me for right turn stop which I did because of to much rush of other cars which were going straight l. And also the road was full of snow and icy and as I was avoiding the skidding and also because of residential area I was going a little bit slower and he failed me that why your car speed is not 60km per hour.

Worst supervisor, never seen such an arrogant in my life. If there is a way to complaint to the higher officials I would definitely do it.

ICBC should teach basic principles/work culture before hiring such people.

Good evening, today I failed, and the reason I entered Hai Wei was 60 and the examiner said it should be 70 just for this mix, and there are people who have bigger mistakes than that, they were successful, is this reasonable, just this mistake, I have to wait months for my turn to come, and I'm frustrated now because of this

I'd say that when it comes to the road test, claim centres often have a more smoother process. This is my second time sitting for my class 7 road exam, specifically at a second claim centre. Despite my slight anxiety, my examiner, David, struck me as kind and calm. This certainly helped me in feeling more at ease once the exam began. Before the test David also briefed me exactly what manoeuvres we were going to do and how he would give me directions throughout the exam by pointing in the direction he wanted me to travel.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience today, and I passed.

I wish there were more examiners like David.

I took my stand by test here twice and both times, I managed to get a slot. The examiner Cathy was so nice, she was patient and friendly! Receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful as well.

For standby test, be sure to arrive before 8.30am

I had a road test scheduled here, the welcome was fast and easy, they are well set up for the road tests here. They even offered to renew my care card. I had a male tester and asked if I could have a female one for personal reasons and they were very accommodating. I ended up doing my test with Carla, who made me feel very comfortable and safe while driving. Over all it was a really great experience and they are set up significantly more efficiently than other icbcs. Highly recommend

It really feels like this test centre is only trying to make money out of students by failing them. Today I had Kan as my DE and the remarks on my driving were unbelievable. Most of the time he was writing and not paying attention to my driving, so I don't understand where he came up with the several points he mentioned. Doing a road test is nerve wrecking and he didn't make an effort to make me comfortable like others have mentioned. Such a discouraging experience this has been, the way my driving was reviewed by this DE makes me more afraid of getting on the road again.

Just passed my Class 7, all thanks to my examiner Eugene. He was very helpful at the beginning of the exam by clarifying the instructions and gave clear directions during the road exam.

Diane B is absolutely amazing! I had so much anxiety leading up to my Class 7 road test and the second I met Diane all of the worries about having a bad examiner we’re gone. She is one of the kindest ICBC workers I have ever met and seriously knows and relates to how I am feeling in the road test. She was talking to me to make sure that I was ok and super clear with everything throughout the test. Wish someone would tell me about this location sooner because the entire experience was great and smooth, thanks again Diane!

Diana was a great invigilator, she was so friendly and nice so I didn’t feel any pressure and I passed without feeling it’s hard at all.

It is hilarious that examiner asks you whether you have camera or sound record divices in the car before road test start. Please just say I can not let you pass today, so you don't need to take test, both of us save time.

Compared to the Lougheed one, this location has way calmer set up, which, for a road test taker is very important, being nervous for your road test and all. There's not 1million cars parked for testing. Check in is straight forward and on time. There's probably only about 3 exams going at the same time. The route is quite easy and not a busy road. I passed my Class 5 here with a very good feedback, after having to try 2x at Lougheed. Tester CJ was calm and gave clear instructions. Everyone else in the location were very pleasant to deal with as soon as you enter.

Do not go there. The examiners just scam you for $ and fail you for whatever reason they want regardless of how you drive. Their #1 concern is "no recording devices", I bet that is since they are too scared of people recording how the test actually takes place.

While waiting for the test, I heard people saying that many examiners just quit their jobs because of how bad their job is. Finding an appointment is also almost impossible since no examiners want to work there.

Terrible place.

Suggest you to find a different place unless you want to waste your money, time, and get poor customer experience.

I have given the Class 5 Road test today at 4399 Wayburne Drive and supervisor purposely failed me, basically he target the people who argued for justice. The only 1 silly mistake they mentioned in my record was "took left on amber light and I was half of the intersection already". This is legally allowed as per the smart guide.

I am in touch with fairness commissioner and waiting for justice. If I don't get justice, will go to court and Media until my issue is resolved. Hopefully, commimissioner will resolve my issue.

I am writing this review especially for my road test examiner Jason Box. I had my Class 7 road test today and I passed it in the first attempt. Since it was the first time for me for a road test, I was terrified, but Jason made me so comfortable during the test that 25 minutes flew by as if it was just 5 minutes.

He definitely goes the extra mile to make you feel that you are supported, and helps you to let go of your nervousness.

I am also grateful for the training that I received from Karamjit Cheema from Panorama driving training in surrey. I truly believe that teaching is an art not everyone is naturally good at it, but, from my personal experience I can confidently say that, He is one of the best mentors that I ever come across.

I took my class 7 road test here and passed. It was great experience. I was so nervous but my examiner (JA) was so calm and professional and he made me so comfortable.

And I also wanna thank my instructor Gurmanjot as well.

I recently had my road test at this location and I am really disappointed with the examiner. His initials are SS and I must say he is not a professional examiner as the way he conducted my road test was ridiculous. About 60-70 percent of the time during the test he gave instant directions close to intersection, he was trying to trick. It is quite obvious as a new driver you are a bit nervous on your road test and you would expect enough time for the turns and to complete manoveurs. His immediate directions once, made me to take quick decisions most of the time resulting me taking an instant left turn on a uphill and missing the park speed sign board hidden in the trees just at the the turn. I was driving a about 35 which he claimed to be 40 while entering the park area.

Passed in first attempt for class 5. Mr. Jayden was so calm and respectful. I'm glad that my examiner was him. He gave clear instructions and detailed info regarding where I need to improve my skills. Highly recommended this centre for road test.

Wasted zero time with the situation proposed, and offered the best solution to resolve the issue.

The estimators at this location is a complete joke. Rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. The tall middle aged Caucasian estimator is a real piece of work with absolutely no customer service skills. Argues with the customers. Even the ICBC accredited estimators at repair shops are way more professional with analytical and problem solving skills. They can look at the damaged vehicle and give a rational response to what happened. Fire or better train these incompetent idiots and hire younger blood that actually have customer service skills and know what they are doing. If you do bring your car here for a review or estimation, which I strongly suggest not doing. But if you do always get a third party opinion from somewhere else that's way more reliable and trustworthy.

Estimator team manager Suresh at this location leads by an example for why icbc has so negative feedback. Suresh called me in response to my escalation on my claim and he was very rude, angry, unprofessonal, negative attitude, unmannered - so loud that I had to warn him to lower his voice and talk as a professional, my colleagues at work could hear him yelling. Worst ever customer service from an individual who is titled as a manager. The advisors at this location are way better, they are caring, well mannered and professional.

Drove up. Sign said ‘Stop’. No instructions as to what to expect. Finally went in to get served. Had to wait again as it had to be right in the dot. Went to another place and somebody finally comes out to do his stuff. Abrupt service. No customer service at all. I wish for privatization! No place to provide feedback anywhere except here. I dislike dealing with ICBC. Because going here is a waste of my time - so unnecessary.

This company is a real joke. They should fold up and quit ripping us off. What a mismanaged circus show. I'm sure they all get hefty bonuses while people like me with no at fault accidents in 45 years keep paying more and more for nothing

The estimator lectured me that ICBC is not a bank. He was training a new ICBC employee. Both missed a 12 inch crack on my rim, and, only noted a scrape. They fell below my very low expectations.

I dont know what happened to the old
ICBC of not caring and indifference. At this location they went out of there way to be helpful.
