Need to be able to contact the general staff at the branch through phone. Going through their international customer service is useless as they are unaware of the products offered in Canada nor can they access the database.

My experience at this bank today was awesome. The customer representative Gursimran is so good at her work. She really treats the person respectfully. The service at icici bank is good. Proud member of this bank.

Worst worst bank I've ever delt with they hold every check not just the first one but all and for 6 business days it took a week to get my account fully set up and gave me a card that wasn't connected to my account which In turn I had to wait another 48 hrs just to be able to withdrawl the money from my account only use for this usless bank is to bring money into Canada in large amounts other then that save yourself the headache and wait the time to schedule an appointment to open an account with a bigger Canadian bank

Never ever deal with this. Extremely poor customer service. You will get BLANK answers to your questions often even with their secure messages in the account. If you have NO other bank available in Canada go for it otherwise, STAY AWAY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I am writing this review with much frustration due to poor service provided by ICICI Canada. Seems the bank doesn't care much of its customers. I had requested debit card as well as cheque book on 4th Apr 2022. Upon non-delivery of both I escalated this to CSM and their head. I was surprised to know that ICICI Bank delivers these documents via regular mail which doesn't have tracking information. Post escalation I received call from ICICI Canada confirming that new debit card as well as cheque book will be delivered via courier and tracking information will be shared immediately. Since last 4 days, even after emailing to CSM and above I haven't received a single reply. I haven't seen this kind of negligence with any bank in my past. Worst ever banking I have ever seen till date. My serious suggestion to all people DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ICICI CANADA FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS.

If there would be an option I wouldn’t even give single star to this terrible bank. App doesn’t work keep crashing and if trying to reach customer service that is like climbing a mountain and still don’t get anything. Worst bank and worst service.

I had an opportunity in dealing with a complex matter in my account. Three other people who had dealt with me earlier were frustrating as they did not take pains to resolve my issue until I met kamaljit Kaur (Kamal).
Kamal heard me patiently and paid full attention to my issues. The matter was resolved in 10 minutes. I wish everyone’s service was the same as Kamal.

Really poor experience, the customer service is terrible.the app is the worth and it crashes every other day and it becomes really hard to access app. The app is like its made by a 10 grade student who just started coding.as an international student having access to the bank account can be really important. Not just this, whenever you make a cash deposit, the bank puts the money on hold for 5 business days which is really stupid.like if you are need of urgent bank transfer and have only cash this period is really important.if I could I would give 0 stars but thats not the option.overall, will never recommend to anyone to use even for gic.
