I don't recommend going to this restaurant, and it's on my no-go list. I feel like there are sand particles in my food, and the taste is quite mediocre

Hit it! Classic spot with an absolutely giant menu. You go up to order at the counter and then pay and take your seat.

Not as sweet as I would have liked but still vet good. I got the strawberry honey bread. Strawberries were pretty sour and bread was a little bland. How how they cubed the bread into bite size tho. Overall pretty tasty still.

Icy bar is the best place for dessert in the city! They need some more employees though, there’s only one woman working and it must be difficult, but she’s doing a really good job!

Pretty good icy. I recommend it for sure. It’s absolute vibes. Get like two large bowls and share with a group of friends. Never had anything like it and I probably would only go like once every once in a while

Unique desserts that are great. Open late so it's great a great place to hang out at night with friends. Workers are friendly, but service is a bit slow.

They always serve quick and always refreshing to have dessert in this cool place. My son loves it!

One of our favourite places for a quick light dessert. Who doesn’t love shaved ice? Always freaking busy but always so polite. Choose your favourite toppings, add condensed milk if needed and dig in! We held ourselves back and only chose four. I highly recommend the little mochi balls and flavourful poppers. Next time we’ll have to try one of their red bean or traditional desserts! I only gave 4 stars because they don’t have the palm hearts.

Ordered Mango Sago Pomelo Cold Dessert last night. What came was a bowl of watered down evaporated milk mixed with sugar water, sago, mango and COCONUT JELLY. It was absolutely vile. It's almost 2pm and I still have no appetite from what I ate last night. Never again. Avoid. It's so disappointing.

Prices are pretty steep for a place with two tone green walls and last year's (?) Christmas decorations still scattered around. Expect to pay $7 for a drink w pearls. The staff seem to be doing their best

Their shakes and juices are delicious.
This shop isn’t too crowded.
The staff made my order in a reasonable time.
They accept debit and credit card.
I will come back again.

Great place for taiwanese desserts.their fruit desserts are good, and their tofu is great!

I liked here. They did everything well, I specially liked their ice, tasted different than any other stores.
Worth to visit.

Not worth it at all. I order these from doordash and asked not to add coconut milk. I ordered to share with my aunt who is allergic to nuts and coconut. Luckily I took a bite first and tasted it. I will not be ordering from this place again. Not only it happened once, it also happened twice. This is the second time and I finally screenshot and took a photo.

They were closed at 11: 30 when their hours state 12 and even infront of their door it says 12, workers inside saw us and said they were closed.

AMAZING, the young asian boy was very kind and helpful.
He helped me find out what to order and kindly led my to the washroom. ALWAYS COMING BACK!

Super friendly service with awesome desserts! I ordered a lychee slush and it was absolutely delicious. There were wayy too many options to chose from and I'm definitely going to be back to try more soon.

(This would have been our 5th visit?) Around October of 2018, my family and I decided to go to this location for a treat since we hardly come out to Vancouver. There was about 40 minutes left until they closed, lots of time. There were people in there still eating and enjoying themselves. The way we were greeted was incredibly RUDE and UNCOMFORTABLE! There wasn't even an actual greeting. The woman behind the counter came out immediately and responded to our entrance with a loud "No, no, no, no! " We stopped and looked confused, she then added, "We're closed. Closed now. " Uhm. No? I couldn't help but feel it was racist. We weren't dressed in anything ridiculous either, just normal clothes. I looked at the busy tables and there were Asians. So that also made me figure she wasn't friendly to our color, I didn't bother asking her anything. I just walked straight out shaking my head as my brother, step father were baffled at this woman's reaction to our service. We'll try another Icy Bar location when we head out to the city.

Really enjoyed this place! Customizable shaved ice with sooo many options for toppings. You also get a squeeze bottle of condensed milk and you can add as much as you want. It was delicious and I'd come back again.

For someone who loves unusual food this is a great place! I have tried different desserts and they didn’t disappoint the only issue is that they don’t open certain days.

Another great little place to stop in for a drink, I have been here multiple times now and the service is always very quick. Its my go to place for bubble tea or a slush whenever I feel the craving for one

I love this place! The girl at the counter is so incredibly kind and we go so often they know our order! My one wish would be that they would be open earlier than 4pm!
