Needed to refill a prescription, Christine was able to get a dr to phone me and prescribe it. Super easy and painless. Christine was AWESOME.

Is pharmacist are supposed to offer delivery service. It has been two days in a row that my husband did not get his medication delivered. I called yesterday they gave me the wrong phone number. They corrected it with the right phone number. I had to walk to get it for him. Go to mention he's been off his medication now for 3 days and he is sick sick as a dog. Today again the same thing I call in all. We contacted you, but there's nothing on my phone. And then they gave me their same number from yesterday that they are just were supposed to have corrected. Now they're trying to say that they might possibly not get delivered again. So again he's gonna have to be sick to get there.

This place is very unfriendly except for the Muslim ladies who work there behind the counter. As for the doctors offices they too are very inhumane I found but that's probably because I'm half Indian and you will understand that Healthcare although provided is not really accepted as being deserved.

I have been going to the IDA for over 10 years. This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The customer service is wonderful and the people that work there are amazing people. They truly care about each and every person that goes to their pharmacy.

Called the pharmacist to ask a question and got responded to in a very rude tone of voice. Not impressed.
