Lovely little community grocery store. Really nice. They have a coffee shop and a bunch of grab and go items. Normal grocery fare. Like an IGA

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to navigate layout in the store, and impressively high quality produce. Prices in general are a little higher than the big chains but it's worth it for the quality. Supporting a more local business is an added bonus.

This is my first time shopping at Fresh St. Market. I had no idea it would have such a variety of products. The premade soup I'm having for lunch is delicious; Indian Curry. I will definitely return.

Bought pack of 2 chocolate eclairs from bakery section, very disappointed with the quality of the product. Paid approx $7.50 for pack of 2 but I felt it’s like wasting of money. Chocolate was dry and cream was not that smooth and sweet what supposed to be. Very dry butter cream. Not at all happy.

Bought a pesto chicken with bacon panini it was to say the least tasteless. And there was a large bone in my sandwich. I ended up throwing it out after that. Won’t buy again

I am disappointed at the change over. I have stopped in frequently before work for coffee and lunch for over 9 years (when it was IGA). Their food is not out & available for the ones who stop in just after 7: 30am on their way to work for 8. No soups (until maybe around 9 a staff member said), no sandwiches or hardly any baked goods. I was excited to see the coffee bar, but it has not been the best experience, untrained staff & some how hardly hot. I second guess myself when I am looking to stop in. I would rather not go to starbucks or another chain! This is not a place to stop before work. When I happen to go in when their items are available, I enjoy them very much. I stopped in this morning, whish I had done somewhere else. Well, I did for the coffee. Last week the coffee was so bad that I had to stop somewhere else and get another!

There are also flowers and red roses. I personally like this type. Also, for the first time I see that they sell soup, the price of a plate is $5, and there is hair of $2.85.

Since the IGA rebranded and renovated to Fresh Street Market, we’ve loved shopping here!

The staff are friendly and the product assortment is much better. We regularly shop here for fresh products, such as meats, baked goods, or produce. Their assortment of soups are amazing too!

They also listen to customers feedback - when I had reached out to inquire on a product I loved, I unfortunately found out it was going to be replaced by a similar product from a different vendor. The team actually inquired if they could continue purchasing from the current vendor, and keep the product in stock. Not only were they quick to respond, they were able to keep the product in stock that I love!

We enjoy shopping here and are in the store at least once a week, but usually more. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

They company is making the right moves and really creating a unique place to shop. Only let down are the cashiers that just chit chat amongst themselves rather than helping customers. Multiple times managers have had to come by to break them up. They’re not even kids…come on

Quality has gone down in some products offered. Product selection isn’t always consistent. Some of the younger staff need to be taught they are their to work not socialize. Was standing at the express line with some other customers while a group of four staff just chatted away. When the customer in front of me said something one of the staff finally came to the till but the dirty look we got for interrupting their chat, wow. The manager need to be doing more supervision! Prices are higher so we should be getting excellent service. No longer using them for my major shopping runs, just now only for odd items I run out of.

Wow, IGA no more. Inside is amazing. So many NEW amazing products. Still Amazing fresh vegetables. They also have a FRESH guarantee!
Donut cafe shop is always rocking, so good. The bakery is Huge. So many new choices.
I can go on and on but check it out. The prices are not crazy!

This grocery store is just nice to walk into. They have great displays and lots of fresh options. Their bakery and deli section is great as well. They have a donut shop inside that has some delicious donuts. All their ready to go food looks delicious and they have a variety of choices if a quick meal is needed. All the items are also very reasonably priced.

Who doesnt like be ignored at a deli counter because you dont "look" wealthy enough to be in this bougie IGA?

Great selection of everything including organics - the service at the deli could use a bit more training on customer service skills though. Others than that food selection is very good and the produce very fresh.

I’ve been shopping at Iga my entire life, and Charlie is a family friend. He’s great. But…. The cashier I dealt with tonight was the rudest most dismissive person ever. She was young and acted like she was to cool to talk to me. They should really find some more friendly cashiers. Very disappointing.

Carter, the manager, went above and beyond in helping me with getting a cake for my friends birthday last minute all over the phone! I appreciate how they helped me in a tough situation. I do not live close by there but I recommend anyone who does to go there.

I like IGA grocery stores and they have been consistent since I was a kid. This one is always nice and clean with a great selection of fresh produce. The meat is good, too. I just wish there was more to meats to choose from at this location. I do find shopping here more expensive than Superstore by at least $1-2+ per item which adds up, so I only go occasionally to buy specific things that aren't carried elsewhere.

The staff here look completely miserable. But when you talk with them they are very friendly and knowledgeable. PAY THEM MORE!

IGA has and will always be more expensive compared to bigger market as Super Store or Save On Food, however it's conveniently located and along with it, I find the fruits and vegetables are more fresh.

Ok so this is probably one of the most expensive grocery stores in the lower mainland but.they have amazing quality produce and meats, also the deli and bakery rock. I've never had bad anything. Great store and your supporting local.

Produce quality is pretty good. Prices are a bit high and selection could be better. Overall a decent little supermarket though

Went into the store late one night, hardly anyone around. I have a medical exemption that prohibits me from wearing anything on my face that restricts my breathing. Cashier #184 in lane 3 and what appeared to be a manager of some sort were not very understanding. It's as if you have a medical exemption people discriminate against you and treat you with no human emotions. These people were very unpleasant and extremely rude towards me. I hope more people can be aware of the fact, medical exemption or not that we were all given a nose and a mouth to breathe and to treat me as if I were a criminal with my face exposed was extremely wrong. Especially since no one asked me why my face was exposed, and just assumed I was a unaware of the corruption unfolding. Not to mention they approached me with a bucket of masks and a pair of dirty tongs. You'll catch more diseases from wearing that, than if you have your face exposed. Know your rights! People can't discriminate against you, medical exemptions are a real thing!

Very clean and the staff was great. Staff 165 was (sorry, i didn't see her name tag) amazing! She rang us through very quickly and still was guiding customers to the service desk to check out more quickly. If you arent promoting her to a shift supervisor or manager i am
saddened.

AND they carry big mountain vegan food. Purchased the "veggie brats" and am so excited to try them!

Very pleasant atmosphere for a grocery store and I particularly like how well all the produce looks. So fresh, orderly and unblemished.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Quality of meat is superb. They will cut and trim flank steaks or other cuts for you any way you like it. Keep up the great work guys!

Stepping in at the entrance, I was immediately attracted to the cheerful festive atmosphere of the store IGA, totally forgetting to look for my husband who was busy shopping inside from section to section. The rosy and green stripes overhead, the illuminating lighting, the red theme colour, and the golden headlines of every section, were all giving me a joyful illusion of Christmas!

Good selection, friendly staff generally. Prices are higher for some/most? Stuff. A customer was mean to me but forget him, I'm a maaaan!

I stopped in for a couple of things and walked a couple of aisles and found something from my shopping list that I couldn't get from another store. Checkout person was great. Stop, shop, enjoy.

Asked for 3 black balloons and a black string. I got 2 purple, 1 black and an orange string. Everyone is uneducated or colour blind

Wide selection of products at decent prices. Sales are generous. Very impressed by their response to COVID-19.
