I was in there Sept 12 bought alfalfa sprouts. They were sour. There’s no best before date on them. I threw them out. Took the empty container and my receipt back to the store on the 13th Spoke to the cashier at the first till told her my concern. She called the manager he said next time ask the produce person for the freshest one. Excuse me they all should be fresh and I should not have to do that. I’m a paying customer. That experience left me flat. I like the store and most of the employees. They know me. I’m always there. The manager made me feel very uncomfortable like I was a crook for returning this product. After he left the cashier apologized. Lousy customer service from that manager. I will continue to shop there even though because I like the store

Wow! Thanks Fin and Kris Owners Westwood IGA. Because of your complaining of the competition between the two stores (Port Moody) my wife is out of a Job. Do the right thing and hire the out going staff.

Just picking up a few groceries. The store is well laid out and it's easy to find things.

Ot is very organized with good personnels, you can find every thing you nerd in a nice place

Great, convenient store. Customer service is awesome, friendly staff. They have great selection of veggies - all you need.
