Wow. Might have been the best gluten free and vegan pizza I’ve ever tasted. The crust actually tasted like crust. Hard to believe it’s gluten free. Wasn’t too dry, had great texture and held up very well. Full of flavour. Only downside was it could have been in the oven a couple more minutes to make it a bit more crispy. They even have kombucha. Overall I definitely recommend and will be back. Get the Wild Forage!
There's something about the pizza crust at Ignite that gets me every time. It is both crispy and doughy at the same time, which provides an excellent mouth feel. A great variety of different pizza slices as well and during my last visit I went with the Hawaiian slice and the pesto chicken slice. Both were delicious. I have tried their vegan pizza as well, and while I'm not vegan, it was just as delicious as the non-vegan options on the menu.
This review is for my delivery order via Uber eats. I’ve ordered on 2 separate occasions and in both cases the pizza was cold on delivery. I live about 6 mins from ignite and had hoped the pizza would at least be warm upon delivery, but alas that was not the case.
If at all possible, I also recommend ignite use a tamper proof seal on their delivery orders.
I did take out. Can't comment on the service as I didn't pick it up, but the place was very nice and modern looking. Most of the pizzas were great, loved the Neapolitan style, some pie's could use better flavor balancing. Guiseppe's Choice for example, was VERY salty.
The pizza has gone up recently so be prepared to pay $9.00 for two slices and no beverage.
Pizza is Top10 in Vancouver, selection typically consists of Margarita, Mushroom, Hawaiian, Pepperoni and a Pesto Option. Arugula and Montreal Smoked Meat are popular but left out of the normal rotation (work construction in the area and visit daily, extremely familiar).
Italian Hot Sauce at tables is highly recommended, half and half pizzas available, good quality tasting ingredients.
Hi, I am requesting a follow up and refund or some kind of compensation. We ordered on Uber eats & the meat in our pizza was grey on the outer areas of the meat and smelled and tasted out of date or was not handled properly at some point. I had to discard my order tonite due to the meat not being safe to eat.
Delicious pizza and a really cool spot. One of the nicest by-the-slice quick pizza spots I've ever been to. The pizza was great too! All wood fire and tasty.
The pizza was cold and chewy, i didn't like it at all. I went in a day they had a sale of 2 slices plus a drink, i am pregnant and I ask to change the beer or wine that include the 2 slices for a pop and they say they can't do it. I won't go back.
Disappointed.burnt crust at edge, undercooked toppings and crust dough in center. You can have a fancy oven but you've got to learn how to use it. When I called in my takeout order I was told 15 minutes. I walked in at 10 minutes and my pizza was boxed ready to go. I guess that should have been the warning sign right there
