The owner is mean, insensitive and I query about the quality he uses! I feel sorry for the staff working for him, such an abusive boss!

It's definitely not my favorite place for donuts; I didn't enjoy it much due to the overly sugary texture.

Drink is always on point, always come here when I'm in the area bubble highly recommend to come here

Donuts are delicious! Some of the earlier comments about poor service seem to be addressed. Young lady at the counter was very pleasant.

Literally addicted to their oreo cheesecake mochi donut. The chocolate coating is so satisfying and not too sweet on top of their mochi donut base. It is the only reason I order or go here XD. I do love their grape tea too though!

2nd time I’ve been here when it has showed open online, yet closed. Won’t be trying a third time

The mochi donuts were sooo chewy and sweet. I think since the icing/flavor is already sweet, the mochi part doesn’t need to be sweetened as well (was a bit too sweet for me). For both times I went to the store there was a lineup, but service was friendly and quick.

There was special buy 6 donuts and get a green earl grey tea.

The tea was so watered down you could barely taste the tea

The donut texture was good but all of the flavors tasted the same. Realistically the icing is different colours but the flavors you can't tell what it is

Surprisingly, their mochi donuts are pretty good (better than most of the other ones we've had in Vancouver). They were out of black sesame on this visit but it's usually one of our favs.

I have had many bad bubble teas over the years, but this place wins the trophy for the worst bubble tea of all time! I ordered 3 bubble teas and all of them were so watered down. This place is a scam and are ripping people off and looks like they don’t care obviously. Don’t waste your money. Many other bubble tea places close by. The way this business is operating, it’ll go out of business in no time!

Friendly staff, Drinks are good, their bubble waffle is popular but they sold out the one I want so a little disappointed. Overall will come back again. Good hang out place with friends.

First time ordering from here and I got a brown sugar mochi tea. It was yummy although a tad sweet. Mochi in a drink was a new experience for me and apart from the initial shock, I think it was a fun texture. Not for those that don’t enjoy squishy or slimy textures though.

Not the absolute favourite place, but I’ll definitely go back and try more. I’ll update if this changes.

I ordered the Matcha Slush with Cheese Foam and loved it! I would go to 70% sweetness next time haha. My partner and I almost left, because we had thought Gongcha closed. It turned out they transitioned into Ikoi Tea and we even got 10% off for the soft opening. We are glad the weekly specials for $4.99 are still available!

New owner is rude, but the employees are good. Flavours of bubble tea are different but bubble waffles tastes standard.

Ordered a black tea with foam and it doesn’t come with a lid? Can’t even get to the foam with straw and the foam was tasteless. Not worth 6.50

Creme Brule smoothie was one of the best BBTs I've ever had - though ask them to double blend. I've had it come out way too chunky-icey twice (though they corrected it both times right away).

I usually do not write a review but this place is surprisingly amazing in the WORST service. Not sure whether the head office from this franchise have been on vacation or not. There is no such a thing called service standard, consistency and the employees are extremely rude. What a SHAME to this franchise! Other location are still great though.

I ordered from them through doordash. Their peach yogurt drink is amazing but they forgot the straws… How do you drink bubble tea without straws…

There is a guy with glasses and short hair that know absolutely NOTHING about customer service. I used to come here often, not anymore, constantly messing up orders because is rushing all the time, when asked to fix the order he got mad. The drinks are good when they make them properly

What a lovely gong cha place to study. Got washroom that can be used and a socket to use while studying and a claw machine if you are bored and in need of any tension from a game. Not all gong cha is like here so it was surprising that this gong cha is a better place than the others! Tag me in other places that have better gong cha place! Cheers!

There is only one worker. If you going to order something be ready to wait at least 1 hour. Never again.

Tips to rest = Hire some workers dont be greedy.

Service was excellent! The staff are very helpful. But the drink was somehow disappointed because I first tried that similar drink in Xing Fu Tang. And turned out they have better "Dessert Drink" in a sense. Gong Cha rated it #10 among its bestsellers. Nevertheless, overall Gong Cha is good place for a nice bubble tea drink.

I usually get drinks from here never had issues but today They gave me half drink. I ordered mango messy drink and that too with 30%ice and it doesn’t look like 30%ice it’s probably more.

Usually have a good experience here, BBT is great and they have over sweet to true teas. Not so much for fresh fruit I feel but they do have some favours. The egg waffle is good too

One of the worst service.
First time I was there. The person did not even speak a word. U told her the order she just punch it in. Doesn’t confirm doesn’t say anything and then. So rude

Then I tried second time just now. And again just terrible services. Don’t talk to u don’t say thank u so rude

Tried Earl Grey Milk Tea with coconut jelly and basil seeds. Very few places offer basil seeds as topping. So its my go to place. I also liked the winter Melon milk tea. The place also is a good hangout spot. You can play cards and board games available with them. The location and parking is pretty convenient too. Try for yourself.

Nice cafe, visually pleasing without being flashy and lots of seating available. I find that their drinks have a pleasant but weak flavour. Prices are pretty affordable though.

I personally like this gong cha location, but only for the interior design of it. It has a fair amount of places to sit, good natural lighting, and feels very welcoming. Prices are average for boba shops and they do have a decent selection of drinks on the menu. What I don't like about this place is the lack of parking. It's very hard to find street parking near this store, let along anywhere in this area. They only get four stars from me as they don't stand out much from the numerous other boba shops in the area, and I would only really choose here over other shops if they happen to have an event sale going on.

I've tried their Royal Milk Tea, Milk Foam Wintermelon Tea, and Sesame Milk Tea. The pearls are average, but I think their teas are consistently flavourful. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes for my orders so the service is quite efficient.

I went to the store today and a few requests were made for my drink. This old man employee was mad and talking bad things about me in mandarin which he didn’t know that I understand mandarin. The old man has a very bad attitude to customers and I also see him blaming other employees.

I was really excited to try the Black Sesame bubble tea with Taro Pearls here, but was soon disappointed after my first sip. Black Sesame and Taro are strong, unique flavours on their own, so I’m not quite sure how this drink ended up being so bland and boring. Furthermore, the taro pearls were terrible. They tasted like old tapioca balls that oversteeped for an extra week too long.

Obligatory 1 star, but taste and texture = 0. I honestly fed the whole thing to my compost bin.

Wish I could get my $5 and tastebuds back.

They never seem to have a lot of toppings and run out of teas a lot. I'd say this location is always limited in its selection

This location has been around a while but still looks very new and clean. I like the Earl Grey milk tea based drinks.
