The market mall is OK. The timhortons is always packed and Lombardo pizza is a nice quiet place for lunch meetings

Can go wrong with a wood fire pizza from here, pastas are usually great as well. Plenty of "paid" parking in the parkade below. If you can't get a table at Marcelo's, try going here.

Very small small with a grocery store, a returaunt, Tim Hortans and a few other small stores, that's all.

Mercado is great place to shop for Italian food. Specially the Bench bakery. Tasty and healthy bread that is always fresh. Loved it

Definitely getting run down. Little Italy has definitely lost all its swag. It's now more like skid row. Many homeless, schizophrenic, and junkies. However it is great for people watching.

I go up there for the save on food I don't know about Mercato I know where it is but never been there

I just viewed a video of a dead mouse between the Vancity bank and the Tim Hortons restaurant. Disturbing yet aware that mice venture indoors in the winter. This little plaza and it's restaurants need to do more for sanitizing reasons.

We visited Lombardos restaurant in this mall.
A nice and relatively small restaurant with friendly staff. A place where you feel like at home.
Food is simply great. Make sure you try their calzone at least once.you'll come back for more.

Free 45 minute parking, just need to register your plate! Not very friendly for pick up trucks if it is full. There are 4 spots outside near the fitness centre (if you're lucky) entrance off 1st Ave going west and one off Graverly. Blind corners, watch for pedestrians, they pop out of no where.

Best dentist in town. I have sensitive teeth and freezing never takes well. The dentist here always ask me how much freezing I want.

Small shopping center with free parking.

Supermarket cafe and restaurant with an outdoor feel but covered and protected from the elements indoor right on the drive. Very convenient location but the parking driveway off 1st Ave is narrow as both entrance and exit. Maybe just make it an entrance from that side and exit in the alley.

Nice little shopping mall. Tim Hortons, a place I can play my phone bill and the Bench. A delicious little bakery. I highly recommend the morning bun.

Great little mall on The Drive. Italian restaurant, Tim Hortons, SuperValue, Vancity, etc. And underground parking that is free for the first 45 min.

It's a good small shopping mall in the Commercial Drive Village. The businesses are good quality. However this being a small mall, there are too few.

Really the only mall in Vancouver that doesn't let the public use the mall. Dump should be torn down replaced.

This is cute little mall! Vancity, Timmies & a very good phone repair shop. There is also a Super Value which has a good selection

Meh, there are a few businesses within this small plaza & it's window cloaked roof helps to lighten a dull place.

The bakery makes fresh and top quality products on site at the prices hard to get anywhere else.

It's not really a mall in my opinion. It's more like a big box store. There is a new bakery in it and supervalue is opened 24/7 plus my cell is with chatter and they have a store in the 'mall". For those reasons I gave you the. 3, star ratings.and don't get me started on Lombardo "restaurant". They used to have a to die for sauce.does anyone know where that chef went?

I love the Tim Hortons here they are super friendly and it's a quaint little service mall catering to the commercial and first community.

Unfortunately a necessary evil. I only go to the grocery store here and ONLY because it's 24hr. The staff are great. Very friendly and always helpful but the prices are atrocious.

I love il mercato, especially the 24 hr grocery store and Lombardo's. The little plaza is in a good location and I believe they have the only 24hr grocery store in Vancouver possibly all the lower mainland. There's a walk in clinic and pharmacy as well which I've been to many times. The elevator is slow AF but they have free 45 min parking (make sure you register your license plate, it is patrolled regularly).

II Mercato after a fashion when visitors have a choice in parking space to amenities for persons and guests in truth is not often more than a meeting area's for people to accommodate a group or start in the next visual landmark event?

Quick convenient little place. Like the fact that there is a Van city bank and a Tim Hortons right across the hall from each other. This little spot is always real clean

Small grocery.complete with organic and vegan options. Great selection and convenient. The 45 minutes of free parking was a definite plus.

Not sure how you rate a place like this but there's something I've always liked about it. Has a real centerpoint vibe, if that helps

More likely sell products from Presidents Choice but a little more expensive than the Superstore. A good place to take a rest while walking for Commercial Drive.

This mall is mostly an air-conditioned short cut from Commercial to 1st but it does have a Tims and an assortment of other outlets. Second to only Kingsgate Mall for oddness.

Again, Mercato is in the building but it is the SuperValu gticery store I was in. Small but well stocked and a decent variety for a smaller grocery. The staff always friendly and talkative. This Supervalu gives Commercial Drive its deserved " come visit" reputation.

The grocery store outside on the westside of the building is open 24/7, it's not so clean when I was there some spots had spilt water on the floor & did not have a sign up. Other wise I like shopping here when I need something after hours.

Supervalu; the 24 hour supermarket! This is a very helpful place when you operate normally during the hours that are considered graveyard hours to most people! I love this place!

Tim's and pretty good grocery, the Italian place looks classy and well appointed if you're into that.

Its small shopping center in commercial drive inside mall there is President choice super market or grocery store, Vancity Bank and Tim Hortons plus small and medium business such as mobile repair, hair dresser, bakery and pizza shop and the location is very convenient

Lots of parking, most stores closed due to covid19. Supervalu open. Well stocked store, friendly staff.

A small mall with a 24hr SuperValu, a Tim Hortons, and a Vancity. Very convenient late night stop.

Fantastic dental clinic. With incredible staff and I had the only female dentist and she was FANTASTIC, so professional and knows what she’s doing. Thank you again!

The third star is because this place is open 24/hrs, which can be a total lifesaver. BUT the groceries are double the cost of a regular grocery store.

Love the Super Store here, lots of great stuff for a grocery store and their deli is perfection with great offerings here for thoes of us who want to add a nice salad to supper.

Was good.enjoyed some coffee at Tim Horton's there with a freind.bus stop is right outside so you can wait out of the rain till it comes

Convenient shopping mall with a bakery, restaurant, grocery store, salon and more. There's parking conveniently underneath (free for the first 45 minutes).

Years ago I went here for pizza and they have awards for their pizza.so I had to try it.well it was awful and no toppings and it was burnt so I never went back there again

Nice little bakery and super value is open 24 hours. Super store quality available all day every day. What more can people ask for?

The underground parking is super sketchy and sometimes the only place to park. I ask the cashier in Super Valu if there is security or cameras monitoring the area, he said he didn't know.
