Absolutely amazing service at Specsavers in Surrey Central mall.
I could not ask for more from Specsavers. I felt comfortable, the technician Sherwin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I'm sure all the technicians will be the same. In all my 70 years of wearing glasses I have never received such wonderful service and care. Thank you Specsavers I will most definitely recommend you.

Specsavers really do save you money. I was looking at glasses from Pearle Vision in this same mall, and the prices for their glasses are much, much higher. Specsavers has a nice selection which seem to be good quality (enough for my tastes) with unbeatable prices. They offer all the upgrades to eyewear that other stores do, also for much cheaper. Clean store and helpful staff. I recommend talking to Iyonna, as she is very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and my overall impression of her is that she's a great person.

Iyonna is an amazing person, very attentive, kind and an Expert. She answered my questions with patience and always a smile.

I would also like to thank Dr Toor for an amazing experience and care while doing the eye exam, very attentive and joyful.

Wonderful experience I needed help with contact lenses and leaving town in a short time. The team and manager helped solve my issue, go over everything like insurance as well as other glasses I was interested in, billing to insurance, contact lens teaching and all out of good will, especially Victoria provided exceptional customer service wanted to give kudos to her, went above and beyond!

I did an eye exam at the Guildford Specsavers but ordered my glasses at the Central City branch. When the glasses arrived, I tested them for a couple of days and they gave me a bad headache. I took the glasses to this store to get it checked. They took the time to redo my eye exam and corrected my prescription for me. Then they reordered the glasses with the new prescription and now I’m very happy with them.

I was so pleased with how helpful the staff were and with the eye measurement procedure to ensure that the lense fit was good. I have numerous eye issues and require prism in my lenses and for the first time the lenses felt perfect. No pulling or discomfort. I am so happy my Son recommended that I try you out. Last but definitely not least I got 2 new pairs of glasses with frames for half the price I would have paid at my optometrist office for just 1 pair. Thank you Spec Savers.

I feel that the value of the glasses I purchased was really good and that it was not overpriced. After getting my glasses the lenses seem to be of high quality. The customer service was also very good.

They messed up my prescription TWO times and wasted over month. Would not recommend as doctor seems really inexperienced.

I will never deal with this company again. Very bad experience. They are very quick to take one as a client but take to long to deliver. It's been more than a month. Never again.

I made a complaint about this store because the owner was rude to me and she decided to make it her mission in life to get me banned from all the Image optometry locations. I went to get some information from a different location and was informed that I was "not able to do business with them" because of some "incident". Just look at the responses to criticism here. It's unprofessional and extremely rude. I can't even remember what it was that I did to offend you, but I'm sure it was so serious that I needed to be banned, lol! You did me a favor though to be honest. Hope you feel better soon!

Please, if you're considering using this location; Read the reviews that are posted once you sort them to read the negative reviews first. Pay attention to what the majority of people are saying, because it's true. There are better locations of image optometry, if you must use this chain but I would suggest checking a different company out for sure!

Maskholes! Walked in with a mask with a filtered exhale valve to make breathing easier.not good enough the said.they cant verify that valve is exhaling filtered air.ok.so air put another multi layer cloth mask over it.nope not good enough. The inaiat I wear a cheap disposable chinese made blue POS mask.nope. I wont wear that.refused services. Never coming back.was about to order prescription Oakley gas cans.not any more maskholes

Its a great experience with Image Optometry surry central. From the time I came to canada I only have gone to Image Optometry and will always go there because I like the service and of course the people they are very nice. I always recommend people to go there.

Happy with my glasses. They said 7 to 10 days and it took 10 days. So it was in the time specified. They were friendly and helpful.

They would want you to pay upfront, so much for the trust, I might not come back to another exam here. I feel offended to have oya upfront. Gives bad experience over all

Doctor was very nice and helpful. However I've never had to book seperate for contact prescription. I been wearing contacts and glasses for almost 30 years and to be told it's standard is not true. At least it has never been the case for me always been supplied both. Turned a pleasant experience into a cash grab.

The nature of the staff is very cooperative and well behavior. It was my first eye test and believe me i really enjoyed it. The doctor who did my eye test, she was very nice. I will recommend to everyone to go to that store.

MOBEY GRAB would not recommend. The doctor was completely helpful but paying up front for eye exam to be told it only applies to glasses and have to pay further for contact fitting prescription. Instisting this is standard was obnoxious. I been wearing both contacts and glasses for thirty years and this has not once been true. MONEY GRAB

Just walking out of this location at surrey central mall. Amanda was so patient and helpful. Really good customer service. I didn’t feel rushed at all and took my time. The optometrist here is exceptional as well. Over all excellent customer service

Image optometry offers a wide selection of frames and several coatings for a variety of lenses at an affordable price. I received my glasses with an anti scratch coating under warranty with frames for less than $120.00. I will definitely be suggesting image optometry to anyone who asks advice on where to get their glasses.

I had received an eye exam promotion they had with frames etc.a few week later the frames cracked, I went to the store and was told that they won't replace them, they will have the mgr call me. The manager called and replaced them as he noticed there was no damage or scratches on the frame. A few months after that the frames cracked again in the exact same spot. Sukhi the manager said they won't replace it this time cause they replaced it once. It a defect or the lens is not the right size. How can frames crack at the exact same place twice. Worst customer service ever.

Very helpful, patient and nice staff. I got my first eye exam here years ago, and now I take my son here and they were just as great then as they are now! They also hve a nice selection of frames to choose from for adults and children.

Dr. Mannie Dhillon is an awesome doctor and always a pleasure to deal with. She is so good with kids that my daughter felt comfortable and at ease while getting her eyes checked. She went the extra mile to double triple check the fit of my contacts and go through eyeglass recommendations for me based on my job. I felt well taken care of and not rushed. I would recommend her to work everyone.

The best part is the staff follows and maintains Covid guidelines pretty strictly. Now the main part it has a good, well knowledgeble optometrist and staff. They conduct all eye tests and offers plenty of options to select w. R. T frames and lenses, leveraged with on-time delivery of glasses makes a customer happy.
They talk with a smile on face and I know it's tough to maintain it because of nature of job and 7-8 hours a day everyday.
You guys doing good job keep it up and stay safe guys.

The Groupon voucher is a good deal but might offer limited options on choosing a frame for your prescription glasses. But nevertheless, they are awesome!

Thank you for the grest service and for following the protocols to avoid the spread of covid 19. I felt very safe during my visit. I am very happy with my new eye glasses.

I came here last week, Dr dhillon was great and i would come back for an eye exam. I would never come back to buy any sort of glasses, The employees are not expierenced enough to handle basic adjusting needs.we had bought sunglasses from them and when we came to pick it up we noticed the arms were to far apart and bending like we had bought them years ago, they were so loose that they were falling off very easily, when we told her (lady working there) she bent the frame and told us that is what the glasses should look like.ive had glasses since 2005, and i told her that it shouldnt look like that at all, we got no apology she didnt acknwledge her mistake. I ended up having to go to a diffrent eye glasses store who had told me that the girl who did the adgusting did not know what she was doing. I will never come back here again and i really hope that lady starts doing her job better.thank you so much for ruining my glasses which costed me alot of money and thank you for argueing with customers because i guess that is what youre suppose to do.
DO NOT BUY GLASSES HERE, OR YOULL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Amazing service. My current frame is quite delicate, and me being not the most careful person all the time, I had to get it adjusted/fixed a few times since the purchase. The technician is super nice and efficient. He really exudes care for you and your eye comfort. Always positive and pleasant experiences.

The staff here is so friendly! I would definitely recommend coming here. The girl who was helping me was able to answer all my questions and was so patient with us, as me and my husband tried on a variety of sunglasses and glasses. She didn’t rush us even though it was late and past closing and definitely appreciate that. Was afraid about cleanliness due to the pandemic but the clinic was very organized and had several procedures in place to keep all areas sanitized as possible. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised how great the service is and how low their prices are! The senior eye exam which is fully covered by msp was very good and the optometrist gave great advice re the drops I have to use. Im very happy with my new glasses and will return in a couple of years!

The cost of frames is affordable. The Dr giving the eye exam gave a good experience. They direct bill your insurance, however you have to pay the difference upfront before they send your prescription to the lab. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and have always been able to pay the difference when I pick up the glasses. The Manager does not seem to trust his customers as he would not let you pay on pick up.

I went to Image Optometry in Surrey Central Mall to look for some shades. I must have spent an hour going through tons of glasses but the staff was very professional and patient with me. I found a Versace pair I liked and they were very reasonably priced compared to some of the other places I had been to. I will be recommending you to my family and friends! Got glasses from the surrey place mall they screwed up the lenses by making everything zoomed in by x50 and made depth perception way off told me to wait a week for eyes to adjust never had to do that before they fixed the problem and now i have scratches on lenses even after getting the scratch resistant lenses and i only use the cloth that they pervide to clean. Will never go back and will never recommend

Horrible location. Have inexperienced people working there who couldn’t even take an order for contacts and when I did try to call someone back who was “experienced “ they told me that my prescription had expired because it was just past the one year mark. I never heard of prescriptions lasting only one year anywhere else so I called the other location in delta and they said their practise was 2 years for eye exam prescription. The location at surrey central just wanted more money for the eye exam since they knew I was need of ordering some contacts. Never dealing with the surrey central location again but two other Image optometry locations have been great to deal with

Great experience every time I visit from last 6 years, staff and Dr. Dhillon are very pleasant. Dr. Dhillon is very knowledgeable and kind. My 3 year old loved her visit as well.

The staff and clinic at this location are amazing! They are always open to answering any questions I have. In times of emergency, they have always taken the time to accommodate all of my needs. I have been to a number of optometrists before, but Dr. Dhillon is the best. She’s clearly an experienced optometrist who has a fresh take on her practice!

Great experience! Dr. Mannie Dhillon was very thorough and discussed overall health as well as eye health. After examining my eyes she helped me pick out the right pair of lenses for my glasses. She was very interactive and patient with my children as well. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have been coming her for the last 5 to 6 years and Dr. Dhillon has always been great. Recently I brought my 3 year old daughter and she was being fussy with the other male doctor and wasn't cooperating. Dr. Dhillon played some games with her and was able to make her comfortable and complete the eye exams. Highly recommended.

I had my first eye exam in years done with Dr. Dhillon. She was very thorough in her exam, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I wanted to go back to wearing contacts after several years of just wearing glasses; we discussed my options and the process of getting new contacts. We did the necessary fitting for contacts, which went well. I was fitted and able to order them afterwards. The staff went over the prices and answered all of my questions. The contacts are well priced and way less than I’m used to paying. Overall I’m very happy with my experience at the Surrey Central location, the doctor and the staff are both great and provide exceptional service!

I have been going to see Dr. Dhillon for the past 3 years and have always had a great experience with her and her team. I just picked up my glasses today, which I received within 7 business days, and I absolutely love them! My eye exams are always very thorough, including re-assessing certain components if needed and making specialist appointments. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
