I love using Specsavers for my optical needs. Tat and Jasmeen are super helpful and willing to find you the right fit, even if it's not perfect at first. The optometrist is funny and outgoing and I feel comfortable coming here. Very clean and bright. Affordable prices too.

I had to visit the store three times before I could get my glasses with the right prescription. Over the three visits I had some great workers, and some who didn't quite know what to do. And that made the process much longer. I was at the store for 2 hours while they tried to get the right measurement for my lenses on my glasses and mould the sunglasses to actually fit my face. I would say this is not the best place for anyone with a high prescription, or a narrow face. Limited variety and sizing, and the complexity of a higher prescription, your better off at another store.

I will add that the store did reach out and try to make things better.but I just ended up running into more problems when I tried buying sunglasses.

Super helpful staff. Prices are.well they are prices. You could do worse! They had a 2-for-1 summer sale going on the first time i went in.i'd wait until the next one of those rolls around to get the best value. Again tho, great customer service! Ask for Laurie.she did me a real solid!

I am SO grateful for the excellent care and professional service that Specsavers Abbotsford provided to me. In particular, I want to thank Heaven (yes, that's her name) and Dr Nijjar took care of me and walked me through everything so beautifully. Just amazing - thank you SO much! I have a complex prescription as well as an astigmatism. I would normally be a prescribed progressive lens. But I also have VVM due to a concussion so I can't use progressive lenses. But, in the past, at other optometrists, I was not told this. Nor was I assisted with choosing good alternatives. So I have previously been sold glasses that are actually damaging to me and/or impractical to use. But Heaven and Dr Nijjar were amazing! And they also did all this at a substantial savings compared to what I have paid previously. My new glasses are fantastic! They look great and are easy to use (i.e. They don't make me go cross-eyed)! *****

Great experience with Specsavers, they have staff who are passionate and patient with customers, and give you a thorough overview of what needs to be done when you are getting an eye exam and the help you find the right pair of glasses when you aren’t sure what you are wanting or looking for! Best experience at an eye doctor place ever!

The wait was long despite making an appointment days in advance hence the one less star but Dr M. Khangura more than made up for it! Fantastic service, wonderful chair-side manner and very skilled. I was happy to have everything explained to me. Eddie’s friendliness and skills were appreciated too!

As one of the only optical places open on Sundays, I was in a bind when my glasses broke, I had no remaining contacts as backup and within 15 minutes the SpecSaver employees were able to get me my prescription contact lenses. 12/10 would recommend this place for contact lenses. I will be stopping by their location to look for new glasses and am confident they will be equally as helpful, knowledgeable and well-priced. Thank you again SpecSavers!

I've been a patient/customer when it was Image Optical for a few years and I had no problems. They were kind, professional, curtious and answered their phones. Once it changed over to Specsavers, it seems like nobody wants to answer the phones. They mailed me a reminder to book my yearly appointment by a certain date, so I tried calling 5 times in one day and no one answered. This says a lot about how much they value their customer base. I simply don't have the time nor the patience to phone 10 times a day hoping someone will eventually pick up the phone. Time to find another optician who wants to book patients.

Terrible management. Extremely belittling. Only good experience was with customer service rep, Megan. Positive attitude and was able to help me look for frames that suited my face. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Can't even book an appointment. I made an account, went to log in, it said invalid credentials (i did the code, and validated my email). I tried calling, no one picked up?

I took my parents to Specsavers Abbotsford today and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff is very pleasant and efficient! The CSR Muskan was very helpful, pleasant and professional. The optometrist Mr. Sidhu was awesome too. He made my parents feel very comfortable and provided an excellent service. Will definitely recommend this place to my family & friends.

The experience was top notch 100% quality service and product. Will continue to take my business there.

The front staff is what won me over here. I was helped by Eddie and he was Fantastic. Kristen popped in a few times and the 2 of them added a really friendly experience. I will look for Eddie's help and advice in my future visits to this store when purchasing new frames or lenses.

I have been a customer here for many years and the staff has always gone the extra mile to provide exemplary service. My prescription is very strong and difficult to get exactly as I want it. They have done multiple exams and ground new lenses at no charge when I feel that I could get a bit better vision with a slightly different prescription. As well they have always been on top of any eye health problems that have arisen for me and have sent me to the appropriate specialist when it is required. I am 100% satisfied with their service and their products.

The experience was a very good one. The person who helped me choose frames and lenses was very helpful, friendly, and I felt like I was heard. The optometrist was also very helpful and friendly. She did extra tests and helped arrange an appointment with an ophthalmologist for a follow-up to the tests she did. My prescription didn't change but I got new lenses and frames in order to have a spare pair. The person who fitted them did a perfect job and I can see better with the new glasses I just got than with my old glasses. I am very very satisfied and happy. It was a great experience and the staff members were fantastic. I am impressed.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I'm hoping that maybe this will get someone to respond back to my calls.

I've been trying to call the office multiple times per day for the last week to order new contacts and not one of my calls has been answered. I've left countless voice-mail messages and nobody ever returns my calls.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Las time, I has to physically drive to the store to be able to order my contact lenses.

Upon arrival, the girls at the front desk were all gathered in a group chatting and laughing away for a couple of minutes before even acknowledging me and as the phones rang without being picked up.

The eye doctors are great and that's the only reason I keep coming back, but the customer service is terrible.

I am now in an emergency situation where I need my prescription in order to get new contact lenses as I lost one of mine and I can't reach anyone.

Had I been able to order new contacts last week, I wouldn't be in this situation now.

I highly recommend finding another optometrist office, if you want to save yourself the frustration.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Just the place I want as “my” go-to for eyewear.

My kid and I just had an eye check at Specsavers and it was a very delightful experience from start to finish. Dr. Macario is super knowledgeable and friendly. Made my kid feel at ease. His staff was just as friendly and wonderful too. Jiya was so nice and explained each process regarding the best lens option for what we required. If you need glasses go see the doctors and staff at Specsaver, you won’t regret it!

Taking my business elsewhere! Been coming here for years my whole family wears glasses! And I always get the warranty for all my children because they always break their glasses and need them. I brought them in for repair and was told not covered under warranty! Why? They are always covered! What's the point of the warranty if not covered! Waste of time and money! I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Each employee I came in contact with was very courteous, efficient and able to complete the task at hand in the most capable manner. I will continue doing business with Image Optometry because my eyes are happy campers here.

From eye examinations to picking up glasses, service was the best we ever experienced. Everything from ease of making appointments, eye examination, selection and cost of glasses, and finally picking up glasses, was done with professionalism, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Went to IMAGE for check up on my eyes and was very impress with the bussines and the people very nice, professional and Dr Manpreet Khangura answer all my questions and explain to me all steps to follow doing the test. Thank you. And yes I will recommend IMAGE at seven oaks mall.

I've been coming here for many years. This year is a little different but if you were having second thoughts about going because of COVID, I'll tell you that you have nothing to worry about. They have protocols down to a science! Even though the store was closing in 10 minutes, they invited me to look around and take my time to choose some frames. I chose to come back another time due to another appointment I had. The front end staff is amazing, the doctors are kind and really listen to you, and the overall experience is always pleasant!

Very disappointed with this Dental Clinic. Having being refused an appointment based on assumptions and discrimination. Not even a recommendation to another clinic, and I have been a patient here for quite a few years. I'm an essential worker, a truck driver that crosses the border for work. A very minimal exposure to people due do my job, and follow all the guidelines even wearing an n95 mask which I can't say for the majority of people. I even have documentation and web links that state I'm an exception to the 14-day self-isolation rule. The owner doesn't seem to care, I would find business elsewhere that is much more friendly and knowledgeable towards their patients.

Also has anyone else noticed but a lot of the five-star ratings they responded with cut and paste replies. Seems very automated, wouldn't surprise me if they paid to have those fake reviews done.

Responded to the add which mentioned free glasses with eye exam. All they offered was a free frame. What a joke. I don’t recommend these liars. Save your eyes, money and time. If you want to see don’t visit these jokers and scam artist. Can’t believe 3rd world $h1t is happening in Canada.

The team was extremely professional and COVID protocols were well maintained. My exam was thorough and explained completely. I was very pleased with the service and looking forward to receiving my glasses.

I would never recommend them to anyone i know. They gave us the somebody else’s glasses and we returned them when they asked but since it was late the customer whose glasses they switched with ours no longer wanted to do service with them so they told my entire family they can no longer take us as patients because we never returned them but we did. The receptionist continued to laugh at me while letting me know about this. This is irresponsible and a mistake on THEIR end. And after when I asked to speak with a manager they told me to call back which I did and they ignored my calls but picked up when I called off my work phone. Completely unprofessional.

Staff lack Knowledge - Odd response from a basic question: not only was i unable to get a price on my prescription but they suggested i come into the store (during this pandemic and covid is a thing) instead of calling me with the knowledge of the pricing

I've had to have glasses for as long as I can remember. In my experience with limited coverage via DIA/Status, my family and I have gotten terrible service and care from other optometry clinics. Some blatantly turn indigenous families away, for this reason I get a lot of anxiety going in to get glasses and eye exams. Once you say you have status the standard of care drops immediately often making for an uncomfortable strained appointment. Well, Image Optometry is the first place I have been to that did not treat me or my family differently, they connected to DIA and my work benefits with no negative condescending attitude or behaviors - all the staff and Optometrists were very polite caring and understanding which is something I have rarely come across. There was no issue patching us through to our coverage providers, it was a stress free, easy, and straight forward process! The staff were all knowledgeable with DIA and were very mindful and kind, I've been going to optometry clinics since I was a kid, in all these years this is the first place I've had a positive experience. I have referred my husband as well as extended family to this clinic citing these reasons! Image is amazing! Thank you for everything!

An excellent experience. From the moment I stepped into the entrance way, to be greeted with a mask and hand sanitizer, to the detailed examination it was a positive all round. I have no hesitation in recommending Image Optometry to anyone needing eyewear.

Dr. Khangora was great with my elderly parents. She speaks perfect punjabi, which is very handy for anyone that doesn't speak English. We have been going to this clinic for years and haven't had any major issues.

I was completely impressed with the customer service, concern and professionalism shown during my eye checkup on January 13,2021. Upon entering the mall, I knew exactly what to do in order to follow Co-Vid safety protocol. From the temperature check to the oxygen intake check to the sanitization of all items I might come in contact with, Image Optometry clearly puts the safety of both it’s employees and it’s customers first! I highly recommend this business and give kudos to these awesome Front-Line workers.

People and doc were nice BUT the prescription they gave me is so wrong, not only flipped my right and left eye they also put the sphere # in cylinder and cylinder in sphere. Called them today to see if it was just translated wrong on the paper and got no answers except it must be right that my prescription changed after 20 years from -3.50 to -. 75! Even though I am still wearing my old prescription and can see fine. If they get this so wrong what else are they doing wrong?

Absolutely flawless service in every regard. Extremely cautious in their preparation before the examination; explaining everything and answering all my questions.
Both doctors were extremely thorough and attentive and the front staff were very personable and polite.

First time there was a 5 star service. Every time I've gone since the it's gotten worse. Will be buying glasses from some place else from now on. I had reccomnded this location to friends and family who have also told me they were not happy with their glasses/lenses for whatever reasons.

The staff at Image Optimetry are very pleasant and welcome you with a smile on their face. I have gone here for years and hope to do so for a lifetime.

Absolute worst customer service. Both the receptionist and manager were blunt and rude and would neither exchange, refund, discount, or offer any resolution when the contacts I purchased through them gave my eyes a bad reaction. Will never go there again.

I was very "impressed" with the Intern I had in August 2020. He checked both eyes thoroughly. He will be a very highly recommended Optometrist.
Staff pleasant. Dr. Lee's referral to Retina Surgical was prompt. Image Optometry is highly recommended.
