Great vibes, knowledgeable staff with friendly faces and sweet daily deals! I live near BC Cannabis but choose to go to Imagine because it’s simply better.

Very friendly staff. Not a huge pre-roll selection. Wish the labels were strain color coded

On Monday, I came in to make a purchase and made a comment about how hot it was, it was honestly hotter in there than it was outside (and outside was 32 degrees). You could see that the employees were struggling, sweating and just miserable from heat exhaustion. I asked a worker if they were doing ok and was explained that the a/c has been broken for over a week during an heat wave and there’s nothing they can do even though they brought it up multiple times. To me, that’s borderline negligence when it comes to making sure your staff are appropriately taken care of. I will not be back to support this business. Lining pockets doesn’t come before the staff that make you the money.

Great store located right by Burquitlam station. Good selection of products and knowledgeable staff.

They lied to me on the phone, my order was expected for delivery between 1: 00 and 3: 00. P.m. They called me at 2: 00 to say that it's going to be delivered within the hour. I was like okay great that's within the allocated. But as I started to ask more questions instead of just taking what the person on the phone said at face value, I find out that they're delivery guy is going to be at their location at 245 (maybe). And then it would be an additional hour after that. I don't appreciate being lied to like this. Especially when I find out that the information is incorrect. So pay off of this. I'm leaving a one-star review and I have canceled my order.

Wonderful service, fresh flower, good concentrates, and very fair prices compared to other dispensaries. This is my goto spot. Shout out to FAIZ

My top cannabis store since it first opened around September 2022. I've never had a single disappointing experience here. The products are awesome and are relatively yet decently priced for a non-BC Cannabis Store store. The general layout and product display cases are beautifully set up. The staff are wonderful, personable, and carry knowledge and passion for the products they sell. They carry out the store operations to a tee!

I have a hunch that one of the major reasons why this particular store runs so well is because of the store manager. A wonderful personality combined with invincible professionalism, compassion for her staff and customers, and knowledge/enthusiasm for the product, no wonder why the experiences never suck!

Placed a pre paid order at 930 am for a time frame between 2 - 5 pm and failed to receive it during said time. Third party delivery service unreliable and questionable, store itself has great product but do not trust delivery service.

I've had such good experiences w the staff being super patient and kind and knowledgeable. Except one male staff member (working noon weekday) made me feel very rushed and began scanning items before explaining to me what they were and how they felt. He didn't present me with options, he just asked me if it was for sleep, I said no, and then he scanned something and said it was for sleep and told me the price. I felt super pressured to just pay and leave so I did. Kind of disappointing but this place is great otherwise!

I just spoke to my mom and apparently she had the same experience with that staff member. Such a shame because what keeps us coming is the good customer service since the prices are insane compared to bcc. She's new to smoking so I told her to go to the bc store instead bcus I want someone helpful for her, & the staff member sold me edibles without telling me how much thc was in them so I don't fully trust that she'll leave with a product that's right for her.

Amazing customer service, clean and friendly environment. The staff was knowledgeable about the strains, and were able to find me exactly what I was looking for after a long day at work

The third party delivery service they use is horrible –it's honestly not worth it for the free delivery. Showed up hours after the original ETA. The staff could be more knowledgeable in their services & goods offered. Cannabis is guaranteed to be safe & is of good quality; though prices are a bit high & selection is limited

They’re not even sure if they have delivery drivers on some days, and they don’t even tell you that when you order. Just don’t keep people waiting till the end of the day. Very unprofessional

Came here to see what was wrong with my wee cart and battery. Jayden absolutely went above and beyond helping me out without hesitation. He’s was extremely helpful and so positive on helping me out. Definitely recommend coming here especially if Jayden is working?

Awesome customer service. It was a little hard to find. They’re in the corner beside shoppers. When looking at shoppers they’re on the right hand side.

Allen gave a great recommendation for wild cherry thc lozenges and I love them. Great place great people

Super excited to have this store so close to my home! I will definitely be coming back, the service is fantastic and they have a really good stock of items!
