Omg! I just called to speak with someone about a situation on a canopy gone wrong. The women (Jill) was over the top RUDE.and had the worst tone ever! Yes, it's Monday Morning - but is that an excuse. I was asking for a particular person and she was quick to advise that person was not in the office. "Well, sorry.call back another time" and hung up. Are you serious? Really? This person needs to be removed from answering the phones - put her in the back in shipping! Pathetic!

First day of work she turns to myself and says “ the only reason I work here is because my brother owns the company, if he didn’t, you really think I’d be working here “
“ If your late any day of the week, your documents will be thrown to the trash “ Then proceeds to not pay me for almost 3 weeks. After I quit, she calls me just to laugh in my face, stating “ I know you want to be an actor one day, you’ll never make it “

I bought an Impact canopy May 21. Third time using it, it rained and the canopy collapsed bending the frame. Incredibly cheaply made.
Impact customer service said it was not covered due to inclement weather aka rain. In the lower mainland of BC? Seriously? Why are they selling their product without a warning that it can't handle rain?
If I could give this product negative stars I would.
Nothing in the description says to not use it in the rain!

I bought the Market Canopy from Impact in the spring of 2021. Unfortunately, the straps broke on the bag within the first summer. I was able to reach out to them and they quickly replaced the bag with a sturdy deluxe model.
I am beyond grateful for their customer service. There was an issue and they resolved it promptly. I recommend to anyone not sure if this is the right place to get a canopy, to look no further. They will look after you well and stand by their products.

Linna is awesome. We bought the wrong item online and she went over and above to help us when we went to the office in POCO. Impact Canopy not only have superior products, they have a fantastic team: thank you Linna, Dennis and Jill

Impact tents have been great to deal with. Always helpful and honest company. Our film company have purchased around 100 aluminum frame tents. All them have been great quality.
