I worked with Kushang who has been one of the more knowledgable and relatable recruiters I've worked with. He was very kind and understanding of what I was looking for. He sent over great interview tips and the check in/follow ups were always timely and supportive. I was able to ask all the questions I needed to make sure I was making the right choice in switching my job and am so glad I had him as a resource to help. I've already recommended my friends and family to him, keep up the great work!

I had a phone interview with Ria Acevedo on July 24 at 3: 15pm. The service wasn't the best so she asked me if we can reschedule to July 26 at 9am. I told her yes.

On July 26, I waited for a phone call but nothing for an entire day. She wasted my time, didn't even bother replying to email to confirm to reschedule.

Bad service

It was amazing to have Impact Recruitment helping me find a new job. From the moment I was contact by them to check the job opportunity to the week after be hired they were very friendly, supportive and considerate. Senior Recruiter Elliot was very attentive and kind. Found me a job quick and nicely. He understood what I wanted and avoided me and hiring companies to waste their time with no matches. The company is very professional and know what they are doing. Super recommend!

Went through the process with you guys only to get ghosted after a few weeks for no reason, which seems a bit unprofessional to be honest.

Can I just say that Rachel is absolutely amazing! We did our interview. She found out my personality type and what I bring to the table. She lined up a few more interviews. Then she got me my dream job! I can't even believe it, truly a dream! And from what I can tell, the company I am now working for needed someone with my skillset and probably would not have found a more capable person for the role without her help!

Got several messages from "Elizabeth" at Impact recruitment, the first message I got from them only said "Hello, excuse me, can we send to you details? " I told them I had no idea who they were or what they were contacting me in regards to, they continued to send me messages and I continued to ask what company they were contacting me for, I still did not get an answer from them.all they did was send me an image of their business card. I dont appreciate getting what seems like spam messages from employees for a company in British Columbia they I never gave my contact information to, and I shouldn't have to ask more than once what company is looking to recruit me, and I shouldn't be receiving messages from them over telegram.
