I heard them come up the stairs into the apartment building and even do another persons fire alarm instead of me even though they said they we're coming in to do mine and proceeded to wait 3 hours for them to come do mine only to realize they had left and completely skipped my unit and left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on the FLOOR outside my door.

I sat in my apartment waiting for them to come inspect my suite and they never even knocked on my door. They simply stood outside my door as they wrote a "we missed you" sticker and didn't even have the courtesy to stick it to the door. They just threw it on the floor and left. Unbelievable.

How are you going to pretend you missed me when I'M THE ONE WHO BUZZED YOU INTO THE BUILDING!? Actual clowns work here, not men.

Imperial Fire and Safety is by far the best fire protection company we have ever dealt with. Leon and his team go way above and beyond for their customers and trades people making sure everyone is very well taken care of along the way. We had problems with our Fire Alarm system and Suppression system they came in no time and fixed it quickly and cost efficiently. Highly recommended.

Leon and Poppy were very helpful in giving me advise on fire extinguishers. Very professional service. The GM Leon is very pleasant to deal with. Customer service is top priority for this company. I had an incident which, in the end, was completely my fault but Leon dealt with it very professionally. After one of their employees inspected my townhouse unit, I accused him of stealing my late wife’s iwatch which I noticed missing. Reason for the accusation was because no one came to my place since or before I noticed the watch missing. I reported the incident to my strata agent right away and he contacted Imperial fire. I figured there was nothing my strata could do at this point but to my surprise, Leon contacted me the same day. He explained that the employee was new working only part time and that he will confront him about what happened. Leon got back to me the next day and said the employee told him that he never took it. The employee even offered to talk to me in person but I declined because at the time I figured it’s my word against his and he could just flat out deny it. Anyhow, Leon decided to let the employee go. He told me that even if he didn’t take the watch, he can’t have any kind of doubt about the people that work for him and the company. Some might say it’s not fair and I agree but in the end I understand why he did that. He’d rather be safe than to have to go through one of these incidents again. Leon said if I do however find the watch in the future to notify him.

Sorry for the long post. Fast forward 8 months later I find the watch in the side pocket of one of my messenger bags. Not sure how it got there but I’m glad I found it as it has sentimental value which is invaluable. I notified Leon and he got back to me ASAP. I told him that I sincerely apologized for accusing the employee and to have put him and everyone involved in this predicament. I asked him if there was any way to contact that employee so I can apologize to him personally for causing all this trouble for him to which he was completely not at fault. I told Leon I feel really bad for what happened to him and I’m not sure how I can make it up to him. Leon said he’d pass the message on to his former employee.
Long story short, this company really cares about their customer service and they do a great job proofing it.

Very thankful for Imperial - we called around EVEYWHERE for a place to safely recycle our old 1995 fire extinguisher before finding Imperial! They are one of the very few places able to recycle them properly, without you having to do anything like empty the canister yourself. They also provided us a refurbished 10lb. ABC multipurpose extinguisher for a great deal! Thank you for helping our home stay fire safe.

Highly recommended. Great customer services, knowledgeable staff, they answer your questions directly. We have used a referral “cash only” Fire& Safty company in the past 3 years, when we asked why cash only? His answer is he only take cash, and then changed tag and left within 3 mins. We wanted to switch for a long time until imperial fire & safety came to us. Glad that we found someone who can trust. 5 stars Cheers
